  The only bad memory of Vegas is with Laura de Maverick. Mistreatment. We are 50 years old people we went for one more experience and from far away. Unacceptable your portrait. We couldn't go upstairs and bring that experience with us. They kept our money. DON'T GO

  Short. Sort of in a single file line with other choppers. Could do the vegas strip tour for less money and same thrill/views.

  The trip was amazing. our pilot Tanner Olsen made sure to switch everyone's seating arrangement around after every landing to ensure everybody had a great view up front. We loved the trip and helicopter. The only downside was Tanner did not interact with the passengers the way the other pilots did, in fact he gave off a not wanting to be there vibe to us, we all agreed on that.a great trip though, very interesting. I

  Absolutely amazing experience, on the way to the red rock cannon we sat in the front of the helicopter and on the way back to the airport we sat in the back. Our pilot was so friendly and interesting. Anyone who is thinking of booking I would definitely!

  Of all the activities I did at LV, this is by far the best and most recommended. The experience itself, the flight (1st time for me), the views from the air of the Hoover Dam and the grand canyon, are unique. Special mention for pilot Jennifer. Excellent. • A great experience diminished by rabid commercialism and lack of basic customer service

  We booked to fly over/into the Grand Canyon under one of their most common packages. The night before we were due to fly my wife fell ill with a vomiting bug and was violently ill right through the night. I consequently called Maverick Helicopters at 07.15am that morning to ask if they could move us a day to give my wife a chance to recover.....I also somewhat naively thought they might not want an ill passenger with the potential to pass on a bug to the pilot and the other guests on the plane....but they were completely indifferent and entirely inflexible. Turn up or lose 100% of your payment. So you can understand, Maverick is a big operation - they fly multiple helicopters in convoy to the canyon multiple times a day - but they showed zero compassion and zero flexibility. In the end, and I have no idea how (the power of motion sickness pills?), my wife forced herself to make the pick up time and to take the flight. She lasted until the last leg and then unfortunately was 'ill' on the helicopter as we flew the leg over the LV Strip. The trip itself was enjoyable, our pilot was a great guy and in the end what could have been an amazing experience was diminished to 'good-but' by the rabidly money-focused, inflexibility shown by a company that clearly puts profit before it's clients or staff.
