  Bad experience. Voucher indicated departure at 15:00, we had to wait 10 minutes for another boat to be supplied. The trip was supposedly one hour long and 45 minutes long. Drinks served aboard are expensive and hot. A poorly educated employee who called an animal a client who complained about travel time. I do not recommend this company at all. Better go to the competition!

  Took the 2 hour Rabelo tour to Tua, wonderful morning spent on the water with amazing views at every turn. Husband's audio guide on the app on his iPhone stopped fairly quickly and he couldn't get it back. Mine on my Android would cut out at times but mostly played so we shared, but wish the app would've worked better.

  I found that the boat has little space outdoors, when we arrived we no longer got seats on the outside. Anyway, I found the boat comfortable and very well treated. The fact of not having the audio guide in columns is also a less positive aspect since it implies going with phone headphones or speaker.

  Beautiful 2h ride on the Douro, we were only 12 on the boat, so very comfortable. Many details with the audio guide, but for those who do not want to use their ears, the eyes are enough;)

  A great way to see the Douro, much better than the train as the train windows were so dirty it was hard to take pictures. It would have been a bit better with some commentary from the "captain".

  This was a lovely, two-hour ride on a nice day that allowed us to see the Douro Valley from the river. I would highly recommend this activity. The only problem is that we had trouble with the audio guide program.

  Very nice boat drivers and ribeilo boat and a very good audio tour provided through our own iPhones. Very enjoyable and relaxing two hour cruise down the Druoro. Booked it via Trip Advisor on this ‘Magnífico’ company high ratings. Highly recommend.

  It was a wonderful relaxing cruise. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I would definitely recommend downloading the audio tour. The staff is very helpful in assisting with the download.

  We took the 1hr cruise.Weather perfect which is of course beyond any control.Do not fret about commentaries or audio..just sit back and relax.We were aboard the largest vessel which is smooth and steady.Very good value...(have a look at Swiss lake cruises.)
