• Fabulous flight on a snow Sunday morning ! Definitely worth it!

  Fantastic experience. Helena (Customer Services) and Julian (Pilot) were kindness itself.. re-organised to fit with the weather window. The tour over the Reykjanes Peninsular and the recent eruption sites was extremely interesting and a "must-do" trip! Would very happily go with these guys again, if time permitted. Can't recommend them enough :-)

  I'm five-starring this experience even though we did not actually do the trip due to weather cancellation. The staff communicated with us very efficiently during the day as conditions changed, and were deeply apologetic when it finally became clear that the tour was not possible. We look forward to booking again the next time we visit Iceland!

  The private tour is expensive, but for us it was well worth it. Both my husband and I had great views of everything. I took plenty of photos from my back seat. I had no problems with my camera trying to focus on the plexiglass window instead of the outside view. Initially we were disappointed that we did not catch an eruption at the time of our tour. The tremendous views of the volcanic craters and steam from the recent lava flows made our initial disappointment vanish. Both the pilot Julian and the office assistant Elena were personable and knowledgeable.

  This was a fantastic flight and adventure. With the nice weather the views were perfect. Our stop at a steam vent was river was awesome. The pilot was very good and informative when asked he had the answer. The young lady there helped my sister with ideas on how to combat air sickness.   They were great!! The weather was not looking good, but they were able to give us a call as we were flexible. It was amazing!! The pilot was very knowledgeable and gave us great information! They were easy to work with and made sure we were all secure and comfortable in the helicopter!

  We had a great experience with our helicopter tour! Julian was awesome and an excellent pilot. He flew us all around and pointed out all the past eruption sites along with various points of interest in the area. Just be aware if you have a taxi driver drop you off that they use the google map link in the confirmation because it can be a bit confusing.

  The overall experience with Volcano Heli was amazing. The back office support from Bo and the flight itself masterfully handled by Julian was excellent. The helicopter was in very good shape too. We were extremely lucky to have a great view and seen the live volcano spewing lava. This is a once in a lifetime experience which we will cherish for a long time to come.

  The visibility was poor and the staff ensured we were informed of our options. The flight was postponed and once it was safe to fly we were notified. Extremely professional and safety conscious staff and pilot. Got us close to the active volcano. Great photos. Top lifetime experience. Worth every cent.

  We booked the Heli tour to view the eruptions. But, due to weather conditions, our trip was getting deferred, Helena did her best to accommodate our booking and we were finally able to experience it on our last day in experience. Matheus, the pilot, was experienced and answered our questions patiently. A big shout-out to Helena for her consistent communication and follow-up to ensure the trip went through.
