• Gorgeous day sailing around Rhodes!

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience! We arrived in Rhodes on a celebrity cruise. I booked the sailing adventure for myself and two daughters were 11 and 14. Perfect day for sailing! Isabelle met us at the marina (it was an easy 20 minute walk but they will pick you up from the port if you like). The sailing yacht is lovely. We sailed to Anthony Quinn Bay and snorkeled. Had a fabulous lunch - delicious Vietnamese spring rolls! The lunch was made on the boat with fresh ingredients (Isabella is ran excellent chef.) We all loved it! Delicious cocktail for me and mocktails for the girls! There is a bathroom on board. The itinerary is catered to what you want to do. 100% recommend!!!

  We wanted a more private experience than the group boat tours out of Rhodes and found Sailing Edisa. Captain Edouard and Isabella were wonderful hosts. We sailed down along the coast, first stopping at Kallithea to snorkel and swim with foam floaties. We beat the larger commercial boats and had the area to ourselves for a while before it got crowded. We were greeted back on board with tropical cocktails before setting off again for Anthony Quinn Bay. It is a popular spot for boats due to its sheltered location and its history. Again, we snorkeled, swam and floated. The water is remarkably clear and we could see lots of fish swimming around us. We enjoyed a fresh and homemade lunch back on board made by our hosts. We started with Isabella's Vietnamese pork rolls, salad from their garden, pork chops, spaghetti and a fresh, homemade tomato sauce. It was accompanied by Greek white wine. Back up on deck, we toasted our luxury adventure with a small production Greek Champagne. It was a very enjoyable day on the water and we highly recommend Sailing Edisa.

  My partner, our two friends, and I had an absolutely fantastic day boat trip with Edward and Isabella. We spent around six hours exploring the stunning Greek coastline, visiting beautiful bays and secluded spots that would have been impossible to discover on our own. The highlight of the day was snorkelling in the crystal-clear water. We stopped at several picturesque bays, each with incredible views and perfect swimming conditions. The scenery throughout the trip was breathtaking and made for an unforgettable experience. Edward and Isabella were wonderful hosts. They were warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring everyone had a great time. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel completely relaxed and at home from the moment we stepped aboard. The food and drinks were another highlight. We enjoyed delicious freshly prepared food throughout the day, along with cocktails and champagne, which made the experience feel extra special. Everything was thoughtfully organised and delivered with great attention to detail. The whole trip struck the perfect balance between adventure, relaxation, and luxury. We left with amazing memories and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Edward and Isabella, for such a wonderful day on the water - we would happily do it all again! Overall: 5/5 – A memorable day with fantastic hosts, beautiful scenery, great food and drinks, and plenty of opportunities to swim and snorkel in some of the most stunning locations along the Greek coast.

  We had an incredible day sailing in Rhodes on Edisa – honestly the highlight of our trip. The food was absolutely excellent, fresh and full of flavour, and the wine just was delicious, brilliant quality and really added to the whole experience. What truly made the trip, though, were the hosts. They were amazing from start to finish! Warm, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, and they created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere on board. Swimming spots were excellent! Clean and crystal clear waters!   If we could leave more than 5 stars we would! What an incredible day!!! Being from South Florida, we’re always on the water but this experience was very special. The food was all homemade and cooked on board with the freshest ingredients picked from their garden with family recipes passed down from the captain’s mother. Isabelle spent extra time decorating our lunch table and it was gorgeous. Edward and Isabelle were the most amazing hosts providing everything from Greece’s only Champagne, Edward’s famous cocktails with fresh passion fruit, mango, and pineapple, to delicious wine throughout the day. The locations we stopped at to swim were perfect and away from the traditional tourist spots. Very private and exclusive experience and we felt very safe sailing with one of Rhode’s champion sailing captains.

  Company Sailing Edisais is very welcoming, personalized, very family orentiated. Health and safety is very important which helps to install confidence within the trip. More so, safety net around the yacht made us feel safe and that's one of the reasons we booked this boat. Welcoming delicious cocktails from the captain Eduard who is clearly very experienced in sailing and hosting skills. It was a great touch baby Sophie was included and heart welcoming moctail. Excellent choice of food and quality freshly prepared and cooked onboard using fresh homegrown ingredients. Beautiful presentation not your average lunch, fine wine accompanying premium quality of champagne flavours exceptional. Allround, personalized welcoming and relaxing experience. Isabella is not only a good chef but also very knowledgeable about the history of the island and about yacht. The yacht is gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. This is a highly recommended allround 5 star experience.

  The experience has been truly memorable. A beautiful spacious yacht and plenty of sunbathing opportunities above deck! It’s a great way of exploring the island and seeing the crystal waters. But the hospitality experience from Isabella is one of a kind!! The welcome cocktail was beautiful and the lunch affair, something special with her homeland influence with Vietnamese spring rolls, together with an Italian affair of perfect pasta and tender pork, not forgetting the fresh salad with the ingredients picked from her garden! The white wine and local sparkling of the BO heme CAiR is a wonderful pairing! Overall a beautiful day

  We had an unforgettable experience with Edisa Sailing. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The crew was incredibly warm, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the trip. The sailing experience around Rhodes was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters, beautiful views, and an atmosphere that felt peaceful and luxurious at the same time. But what truly surprised us was the quality of the food and drinks on board. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — far beyond what you would expect from a sailing cruise. And enjoying champagne while watching the sea and sunset made the whole experience feel even more special 🥂 You can really feel the passion and care behind everything they do. It was not just a boat trip, but a complete experience full of beautiful moments and memories.   Lovely hosts, knowledgeable and professional. Isabella and Captain Edward make a great team. Excellent food with attention to detail and care. Lots of home grown ingredients used in their Mediterranean Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy the homemade Vietnamese spring rolls. Fresh salad and pork chop. Chilled light dry wine with clean citrus notes served on board too, as well as fruity cocktails and lovely sparkling champagne style with apricot notes.   A wonderful experience! We had booked the tour with lunch. We were already warmly welcomed at the harbor. Edward and Isabella are super friendly! We had booked the tour with lunch. Isabella cooked a delicious meal for us. I eat gluten-free myself, and that was no problem at all. The food was also very tasty.
