このツアーでは、多くの自然と人里離れたビーチがそのまま残されているリオデジャネイロの西部を訪れます。海岸線をたどり、5 つの異なるビーチ (São Conrado、Barra、Reserva、Recreio、Macumba) を通り過ぎます。最初にプライーニャに立ち寄ります。このビーチは、リオのサーフ スポットと見なされている、保護された小さなビーチです。ここから 1.5 時間かけてカエテ サミット（253 m=830 フィート）までハイキングし、リオの海岸や他の山々の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。プライーニャからさらに5分。車で最後の停留所であるグルマリに到着し、約3時間ビーチを楽しむために滞在します。グルマリは保護区でもあり、白くて細かい砂、緑の山々、澄んだ水（タオルと水着を持参してください）がある素晴らしいパラダイスのような熱帯のビーチを楽しむことができます。

What To Expect
リオの西側に向かう海岸線に沿ってドライブし、おそらく聞いたことのないビーチ (サン コンラド、バラ、レセルバ、レクレイオ、マクンバ) を通り過ぎます。最初の目的地は、人里離れた美しい小さなビーチ、プライーニャです。プライーニャはリオで最高のサーフスポットであり、ビーチが緑の山々に囲まれた保護地域でもあります。熱帯雨林で 1.5 時間のハイキングを行い、海抜 253 m の Caeté Belvedere で素晴らしい景色に到達します ( 830フィート）。 ハイキングの後、5分。ドライブすると、人里離れた手付かずの保護された別のビーチであるグルマリビーチに連れて行ってくれます。グルマリでは、熱帯雨林に囲まれた緑豊かなビーチ、透き通った海、細かい白い砂浜を楽しむのに十分な時間 (約 3 時間) があります。泳いで、日焼けして、リオで最高の野生のビーチの 1 つを楽しんで体験してください。 リオは美しく素晴らしいビーチで知られており、このツアーでは最高のビーチを満喫できます。リオで最も美しく手付かずのビーチ、多くの野生のビーチと見なされているプライーニャとグルマリを訪れます。 （プライーニャとグルマリはどちらも自然公園であり、保護された土地であり、周囲には住宅はなく、自然だけです。）

5.00The walk was very good, it included some hiking in Prainha, and then I had the option to choose between this beach and Grumari, which I preferred because it was less crowded. Santiago, my guide, was attentive during the hiking, also giving me information about the history of Brazil and recent events. I highly recommend Jungle me, for their professionalism and attention to detail.

5.00If in Rio you must take a day to see the beautiful beaches outside of the city and the magic of the Tijuca Forest. Fun day and we even learned a lot about the history of Brazil.

5.00Excellent tour that combines a trail in the Atlantic forest and the afternoon on the most isolated beaches in Rio de Janeiro: Prainha and Grumari. For me, it was a perfect day: the trail in the bush was nice, with a beautiful view at the end. Our guide Thiago shared a lot of information about nature, the history of Rio de Janeiro, it was quite enriching. After that, we walked to the beach of Grumari and spent the rest of the afternoon there, enjoying the beauty of the sea, without a lot of people around. For people who want to enjoy the beauty of Rio with light physical activity and enjoyable beach, I recommend.
