  We went there to see the Quakkas, and participated in snorkelling tour, unfortunatly it was canceled due to rain so didnot get to do snorkelling, so done the bus tour around the island. We had a lunch break at the cake shop and Subway.

• Owner, great, dive guide, not so much

  The owner and boat captain was so kind and welcoming. The downside was our dive guide. She swam ahead so quickly that it was hard to keep up. Had someone really been in distress, I’m not sure she would have noticed. She didn’t point anything out to us to ensure we could see as much as possible. She also could not name any of the fish that we saw. If someone asked what type of fish they saw, she couldn’t name them and just gave out a card and told us to look it up ourselves. I’d highly recommend the owner find a more knowledgeable dive guide for these tours. Like I said, he was lovely; the dive guide definitely needed to be much better.

  Overall, quite disappointing. The staff were rather unfriendly toward us, they didn’t make any effort to engage in conversation, either in or out of the water. The first snorkeling spot was mostly seaweed and rocks, which wasn’t particularly impressive. We also weren’t informed in advance about how freezing cold the water would be. The staff were wearing full thermal suits, while we were only given minimal gear (just a shirt), so we couldn’t properly enjoy the dive or the second spot because we were so cold. On the positive side, we were provided with adequate snorkeling equipment, which was appreciated. However, we did not receive the water bottles or fruit platters as advertised; instead, we were given hot water/hot chocolate and sweets.

  We had an amazing snorkelling experience at Rottnest Island with [Snorkelling Company Name]. From start to finish, the experience was well organised and enjoyable. The water was crystal clear and full of vibrant marine life, with colourful fish and beautiful coral making it feel like a natural aquarium. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout. Rottnest Island is truly a hidden gem in WA, and we highly recommend Rottnest island guided snorkel to anyone wanting an unforgettable snorkelling experience.

  Wonderful Captain and Snorkeling Crew and fantastic boat. The boat safely put us right on fish and coral. The snorkel crew helped us find and identify fish and coral. Special treat. We got to visit Rotto and see the Quokka.

  We had a brilliant tour. Very clean and comfortable boat with undercover areas, great equipment. Amazing snorkelling and having a guide was really good to point out things we might otherwise have missed. The "half-time" snacks of sausage or spinach and feta hot roll sand fruit was most welcome. Plenty of water on board too or hot drinks. Happily recommend and would tour with them again

  Beautiful views of the coral and personal small group experience. Wet suits and snorkel equipment were provided, as well as fruit platter and sausage roll snacks in between snorkel sessions. Highly recommend.

  The snorkel tour was good. It was well organised and seamless. We were taken to a good spot where there were plenty of fish and we also saw some pretty coral. It was a spring day and a litlle windy so a bit cold. The warm tea offered in between snorkels was considerate and well appreciated. The tour operators were experienced and helpful. We were in good hands. We would recommend
