5.00Ask for Bus 89.....I believe the driver is Jose. Knowledgeable, funny, safe. He made the trip to the Divi Dutch Village entertaining.

1.00I would say they defrauded me. I paid in advance for a private RT transfer from the airport to the Hilton (Hilton recommended these Jokers). On arrival, nobody met us after customs, searched for 25-30 mins. Walked across the street to their office which was locked. Went back in terminal and starting asking around. Another 30 to 45 mins finally an Arubaian women in a yellow shirt I saw and approached. She could not have cared less or been more rude. I paid $275 for a private transfer with luggage help to be met at custom exit.

5.00Our travel agent booked our airport transfers with DePalm. On our return trip, Luis, our bus driver really made the trip entertaining and informative. I wish we’d run into him earlier in our trip!

1.00I booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel, when I arrived the reception was great, they advised me to send a message to Carlos for information on the return and tours, we did this, but we were ignored, two days before returning I had to ask for help at the hotel to arrange the return time for the Transfer, my flight was at 1:30 pm, they asked to be ready at 9 am, which was absurd because it was close to the airport, ok we agreed, but we were ready at 9 am as agreed and it wasn't until 10 am! Absurd! I do not recommend disregarding tourists to anyone!!

5.00Our round-trip airport transfer was seamless. The team went above and beyond when we had a change of arrival date/time. They were easy to contact via phone and email and made the last minute changes at no additional cost. We accidentally left a phone in the car when we were dropped back off at the airport. A quick phone call and 5 minutes later, our driver had come back to ensure we got the phone back. The drivers were perfectly on time, in fact even early, to pick us up at the airport and at our hotel for our departure.

5.00We used De Palm Tours for private airport transfers for our family, which included car seats for young children that were part of our group. Additionally, we used De Palm for our wedding shuttle for all of our guests from the hotel to our venue. Each shuttle and transfer that we coordinated came on time (with the car seats requested), with friendly staff, which lead to a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company, as they communicate timely, and are very reliable.

Last minute (literally the day before, and a bigger party of adults and children/teens) Extremely reasonable, very professional, and they knew to get us back to the airport early! Personable, friendly, professional! I would book with them again!

5.00We used De Palm Tours all week from airport transfer to being taken to and from all of our tours this week. All drivers were great, but I remembered one driver’s name - Jay; he was phenomenal. He was funny and is a pro at providing exceptional service. A must for any transportation need in Aruba.
