  This was such a good experience! The ease of the drive was phenomenal. I didn’t get carsick at all, which is something we were super concerned about. Our driver even knew back roads and safer routes to keep us out of heavy traffic. Would highly recommend the service.

  Make sure the information is correct in the beginning. I made a mistake by putting my arrival day the same as my booking date. Cost me a $130.00 for a transfer I didn’t use. I felt that since I use this app several times for multiple vacations there could have been an accept made. Also if you have credits made sure to use them when they appear, the amount will change with each booking.

  Was a safe ride that got us where we were going. John seemed like a nice guy. Plane was a little early so wasn’t really sure where we were supposed to go, but the people were helpful and we got it figured out.

  John was fabulous!! We had some cancellations/delays with our flight to get to St. Lucia and he was flexible with everything which put us as so much ease once we landed. John got us to our hotel safely and also stopped a beautiful view point for us to take a photo. Him and his team are very trustworthy and make sure you get to where you need on time! Can't recommend him enough!

  Don’t recommend. The driver who picked us up at the airport was great- no complaints. However, for our return to the airport, the driver was 25 minutes late arriving at our hotel and then proceeded with no sense of urgency, driving like my grandma. We arrived 40 minutes later than expected. It made for a very stressful trip, not knowing how long it would take to get thru security and check-in at the airport. Not a great experience.

  Great experience, round trip to our resort (about 90 minutes each way). Our driver, John, met us just past customs at the airport. His van was immaculately clean. He offered water/soft drinks and provided a bit of introduction to the island during our drive. Very pleasant and safe driver. Good communication a day or two prior to our arrival and same for the return trip. The private trip for two was very comfortable.
