Stranded at the airport/Stranded at the resort

1.00Pick up from the airport we had to figure out how to call activity provider and ended up being picked up an hour later than expected. The driver hardly said anything to us until we arrived at our resort. Our airline changed our flight home last minute. I called viator to help get our provider to pick us up early and that was actually no help. No contact from provider. Viator did send a common message stating not responsible for provider activity and communication. Ended up taking a taxi to the airport. No issues the last 5 times we used viator. This leaves a sour experience

1.00American Airlines the week before our trip changed our Flight Number, I messaged this info to this company and received a follow up message that they would update their info. We arrived at the airport and was told our reservation was cancelled, we were no shows. We had to wait for an hour to get a replacement car, obviously they never changed the original flight info, they never tried contacting me and just cancelled entire round trip reservation, even after seeing we landed. I had to book Aruba Taxi to be taken back to airport.
The driver never showed up!

1.00Car never arrived. Despite booking a private car to pick us up at the airport the never showed up. The girl kept saying the driver was in traffic. After waiting 30 minutes we took a cab. There was zero traffic. I don’t recommend unless you want to start your trip with aggravation.

5.00BOOK IT. MAKES THINGS MUCH EASIER Driver was on time. Very polite. No waiting for a taxi. Soon as you get off the plane and exit you will find your driver concierge with sign displaying name! Book it!

4.00Had to wait for driver when we landed. He was not at airport. He was friendly. When we got to hotel didn’t take out one luggage. Didn’t realize until I was in hotel that it wasn’t there. Called him and he was quick in having another driver take it to us.
