The cooking class was great! Enzo speaks very good English and makes it a super experience. Especially for my friend's birthday he arranged for us to make tiramisu. I would recommend it to anyone, it is a real added value for your holiday in Calabria.

We had a great time with our private pasta making class! We were traveling with our 8 month old baby and I was worried I wasn’t going to get the most out of the class, but Enzo and the whole staff were very accommodating. They were all friendly and welcoming and Enzo even took care of our baby while we participated in the class. In between breaks I was able to feed and change my baby’s diaper, so I would say this is a very baby friendly experience, something so valuable to parents who want to continue to travel while prioritizing their baby’s needs. We experienced eating Cedro, a citrus we’ve never encountered before. We made our own pasta, and watched the chef make very tasty zucchini appetizer. The walk in the farm/garden was very informative and impressive to know that 90% of what the restaurant prepares comes from their garden. In the end they made a house made Limoncello that tasted better than anything we had at the Amalfi Coast. Thank you so much for this experience!

We had an amazing and unforgettable farm-to-table cooking experience. We started in the garden and farm area gathering eggs from under a chicken and plucking strawberries from the field. We then put the eggs to use in delicious homemade pasta and our chef/ teacher topped a delectable deconstructed cannoli dessert with the berries. Our guide Enzo seamlessly ushered us through the cooking steps, translating the chef’s instructions and shared such interesting tidbits about Calabrian food and native produce. It was an enjoyable, relaxing and delicious few hours. Highly recommend.

This cooking class was the hightlight of our week! Enzo was awesome! The host restaurant was in a gorgeous location with amazing views and welcomed us like family! We would recommend this class to everyone.
