2.00The schedule was amazing, but our guide cum driver experience was not the best. Unfortunately we had a Chinese guide who couldn’t speak English well, and did not explain anything at all. It left our experience less than average. The only highlight of the trip was the beautiful sunny weather and a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. I blame viators poor organization skills for this

1.00This company caters more for Chinese tourist. The tour guide did most of the commentating in Chinese. We were with 3 other Chinese tourist. The mini van was cramp and old and dirty. In the end, the guide ask for separate service fee of $12.00 each. Viator needs to know about this so they can add this info to there website.

5.00Was an absolutely fantastic day where everything environmentally went wrong. It was extremely foggy so our guide adjusted the schedule, took us to Twin Peaks, and made sure we got some photos. We visited the bridge three times trying to get photos for us, but the fog would not budge. The guide was amazing, and while nature could not be helped and was disappointing, the efforts put forth by our guide certainly could not be questioned. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Absolutely loved it. Thank you!!

5.00I wish I could give this 10 stars!! Mike was out guide and he was amazing! It turned out that it was just our family on the tour and so we were able to be picked up and dropped off at our rental. Then Mike took us to the city hall which was amazing! He dropped us off and let us explore and then told us when to be back to go to Chinatown. My kids learned mandarin in school so it was fun for Mike to talk to them in mandarin also. We said we wanted to see the fortune cookie shop, he dropped us right where we needed to be and and then picked us up. We got our butts kicked walking up Lombard street and then lunch at fisherman’s wharf and a cruise. He surprised us with a quick stop to palace of the arts and then off to the Golden Gate Bridge and he took us to twin peaks to finish up. This was our first time here and it was SO nice to not worry about parking and neighborhoods and getting lost we just got to explore. We absolutely recommend Mike!!

5.00Having a driver who was knowledgeable of the history, sights and the city was nice. We enjoyed the Golden Gate Bridge, being at Twin Peaks even though it was a foggy day the driver made the best of it. The food was great at the pier we had the fried calamari and the clam chowder from Chowders. It was so.....much to see on this tour that you were not bored. It was our first visit to China town, and even though we did not go to Alcatraz the views from the piere was nice.
