  Our experience with Go City was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We purchased a Go City pass specifically because the hop-on hop-off bus was a major part of the attractions included. When we attempted to use it, the bus was unavailable, which eliminated one of the main reasons we purchased the pass in the first place. This was especially difficult for our family because we were traveling with a child on the autism spectrum. The hop-on hop-off bus was chosen intentionally because it provides a predictable and structured way to see the city. The alternative options suggested were not appropriate or accessible for our child and the company made us feel that we CHOSE not to do other methods of transportation so it was our problem. Even though Go City acknowledged the issue, they refused to resolve it and instead directed us back to Groupon because that is where the pass was purchased. Groupon then pointed back to Go City since they operate the attractions. As a result, we were left stuck between two companies, both avoiding responsibility for a product that did not deliver what was advertised. It is very disappointing that neither company was willing to take accountability, especially given the accessibility concerns involved. Travelers should be cautious when purchasing these passes, particularly if there are specific attractions you are relying on. If something important is unavailable, you may find yourself with little support and no resolution.

  We were able to do so many activities and stayed busy. We saved a lot a money on tickets for a family of 4. We enjoyed ourselves and it was easy once we used the itinerary to plan each day.

  Great savings. We were able to do the big bus tour. Made transportation in the city easy. Didn't have to use any other transportation. Loved the boat ride and the science museum. Plus your explained all the sites

  A tour to Krka Waterfalls fro Split. It was about 1 hour bus ride, in a comfortable bus. Being April there were only 15 or so travellers. Bus driver Andy, was excellent driver. Not aggressive and we felt safe in his hands. The tour guide was Darijo (Dario). He was very interactive, pleasant, interesting, entertaining, informative, personable and was well received by the group. He made the tour! It wasn’t the greatest weather, cool in am but the afternoon was more pleasant. It was a beautiful walk. Saw a few stray cats and we had bought cat food so they were happy. The waterfalls were beautiful. Dario told many stories about the area . Several of us attended the wine and cheese tasting in another community at Sladic Vinarija, a local winery. We tasted 4 wines. Most of us really liked the Dessert wine. Much like a port. It was extremely good. A thank you to Marijo, the server who also makes the wine with his other family members. Grayline Tours we’re very punctual. The lady( Mya) we purchased the tickets from was very helpful in assisting us. Grayline was a great company so we booked another tour with them for Dubrovnik. Thank you to Dario! You’re the best!

  This pass is terrific. It helps us plan the trip and hit all the best stops. It saved us a lot of money! I always check to see if the city I am going to has a go city pass to buy.

  We bought the 3 day pass because my friend was only there for 3 days, I was there a week. I wish I bought one for longer. We did so much in the 3 days and it was well worth it. Because everything is so close, one day we did 5 things in one day, so it saved us a lot of money. Ive bought the pass for Oahu and it was worth it too.

  Used the Gocity pass for all our travel in San Francisco. Excellent !!!! Only issue was that the route only goes one way so we had to go over the Golden Gate each time to get to Fishermans wharf. Suggestion for the route to go both ways. Easy access with no fuss to all the exibits. Well worth the money.
