  As a non-swimmer and first time scuba diver, it was a safe and wonderful experience. The instructors were extremely patient, kind and helpful. They handled panic, stress and fear with assurance and maturity. The instructors are highly experienced and completely aware of their job. It was absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend the Experience Andamans Shore Scuba Diving for non-swimmers. You can trust them with your eyes closed. They truly made our first scuba dive a special and memorable one, especially with their high quality pictures and videos.

  Scuba Diving For Non Swimmers at Havelock Island Havelock Island The best dive, only to be ruined by the corporate brains and an 'International' Front dest guy 1048886503 For the entire purpose I am dividing my mark on the company into the following categories. 1. Pre sales - They are responsible on WhatsApp until you book, and the agents are not even at Andaman. They operates from different parts of the country. They helps you to book where to choose, which in my case was related to diving. Once the advance was paid, you start to feel the delay in response. Until the day of my dive - I had no communication regarding my pick up from my place of residence at Andaman. When I reached the centre a day before the dive - they said, they won't provide pickup, despite the voucher for which I paid said pick up for sure. So pre-sales - They sell anything and everything to achieve Target, and ZERO responsibility. 2. Pick UP and communication - ZERO calls before the dive. No communication. Nobody showed to pick up. Our dive was for 6.30 and pick up was 6 as per the voucher. We waited till 6.30 at our place - No one showed up. No one picked the call. So we hired a vehicle and had to go ourselves. Negative vibes started. 3. Experience at their office before the dive - Reached the office by ourselves and asked why we were not picked up, the front desk guy (I am assuming his name was Jeet, as I heard him being called so) was saying we do not pick up and all and that we are late by 20 minutes and have to wait for 40 minutes for the next batch. The show did not end there as I decided to give him a taste of his own medication. I argued with him regarding the serious stupifying lapse in their service. All these things made him say - 'I did not sold you the voucher. Kindly get in touch with the person who sold the voucher'. I am not fabricating a bit. This is what happened - Verbatim. This front guy (?Jeet) said - 'Its a normal thing in andaman to be late, due to excess tourism'. When I said that I don't care about such sathyavachan and I value my time and just done extrapolate the Indian stupidity to the world terrain, he said 'ai had worked in Thailand for 2-3 years. Please don't try to teach me about world tourism'. - Again verbatim. I had decided to call their customer care - which is a joke. I have the WhatsApp conversation with them. They called and reassured one thing - The dive will happen. He even forced us to download the PADI app, and said if not you'd be made to pay 500 per person for physical certificate. Considering the headache he was growing to, we downloaded the app - only later to find that no certificate came in, but mailbox getting stuffed with promotional messages from PADI. Easy cheap data for them I guess. Mind you - all these happened, after choosing for a premium package at a special spot. We were only relieved when we finally, after 1.5 hours of delay, got to prepare for the dive. The best relief - Won't be having to see that well-known face of tourism - The front desk guy (?Jeet) 4. Moments of not seeing the Front Desk Guy (?Jeet) - Finally the happy moments are back, after 2 hours of torture. Was taken to the dive spot. 5. The prepration for dive - Comfortable. Was trained by someone (again did not ask the name, as his helps were enough to remember him, albeit unnamed) from one of the andaman islands. 6. The dive - The best feeling on earth. We did wanted the premium place (not naming, to prevent over tourism there and not wanting to see another tribe gait level queue there) and how brilliant decision was that. We had a total of 40-45 minutes of underwater time. That was one of the finest quarter hour we had ever felt. Got my own GoPro and got enough footages. 7. The photographer that was tagging alone - Just meh. He was forcing us to pose infront of normal corals, when the actual view of the last 20 minutes within the school of fishes was the best. We even wanted to not be shoot at anymore, as it was taking the time off a great experience as the photos and poses were mediocre. Tip for them - Avoid forced photography and maybe try attaching a GoPro on the scuba suit for everyone to have a best live memory of the dive. Journey back - Unremarkable, except for the memories of the dive. So final remarks The company - not dependable The front desk guy - not saying much The customer support - Joke The trainer - good human The dive - best (only half to do with the company actually. It was the wonder of nature which was the best. Though I should say they did not cheat us for not giving the premium spot - which I would have understood anyway - not revealing much) The 3 stars are for the dive only. Everything else - Impeccable negative

  We had a great experience with Experience Andaman travel agency. They provided us with a well-planned and comprehensive itinerary, and the entire staff was extremely cooperative and supportive throughout our trip. During our stay, we faced an overnight medical emergency, and unfortunately the hotel staff did not respond. However, the Experience Andaman team immediately stepped in, took us to the hospital, and helped us arrange a doctor without any delay. Their prompt support and care made a stressful situation much easier for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in Andaman, and a big part of that goes to Experience Andaman. Highly recommended!

  We had an amazing experience visiting the Andaman Islands! It’s truly a beautiful place with stunning beaches and water activities like Sea walk, glass boat ride, scuba diving, clear waters, and a peaceful atmosphere. Our trip was made even better thanks to the excellent service provided by the EXPERIENCE ANDAMANS team. They took care of all the arrangements and followed the itinerary exactly as promised. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and hassle-free, FERRY, ship, cab facility everything was on time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Andaman and would highly recommend this tour operator to anyone planning a visit. It was a wonderful and memorable trip!

  Superb experience of exploring Andaman with team Experience Andamans. Starting from our pick-up from airport and drop back to airport each and every set of our programs were well coordinated. All our stays was ensured to be in well rated hotels. Although the weather turned out to be slightly rough during our visit, team Experience ensured that it doesn't affects anything in our itinerary.Would be definitely keen to book another trip with Experience Andaman in future too.
