5.00Well worth a self tour if first timer to Norway. Instructions are clear and accurate. Unfortunately our return train to Oslo was cancelled when we already commenced the tour but they contacted us via email and provided alternatives back to Oslo.

4.00Tour was good and there was sufficient time for everything. Instructions were clear as well. One down side that I experienced with Viator was this: During the bus 950 ride from Gudvangen to Voss train station, there were roadworks which delayed our arrival time at Voss train station. I was scheduled to be on the 7.13pm train from Voss to Bergen. When I checked with Viator if there would be a refund or reimbursement if I were to miss the train due to the unforeseen roadworks, the response I got was disappointing. It was a stressful bus ride. As we cannot foresee any future unforeseen circumstances, I would suggest anyone who would want to do the same tour to book with Norway's Best instead. They provide an open ticket within the same day which eliminates any unnecessary stress.
