The trip was canceled by the provider less than 24 hours before. I hope to get back my money. So far I haven't heard anything from TripAdvisor or the tour provider

Although there is no snow at this time, the Serra da Estrela continues to reveal its unique beauties. It was a very well spent morning with Mr. Manuel, who guided us not only through the stunning landscapes, but also through the geological, military and religious history of this region. I strongly recommend to make the visit accompanied by someone who knows the Serra well, because this is the only way to discover details and stories that would otherwise go unnoticed.

The contracting company did not pick up for the tour and did not warn, after contacting said that the driver was not available that day and canceled the tour

We very much liked the attention received by Mr. Manuel. I recommend 100%. :) Looking at the landscapes was wonderful and with all the explanation Mr. Manuel shared much better.

The Tour was great and the guide super nice. We drove from the city, up the mountain, stopped a few times and then tried local cheese and ham at the highest peak of continental Portugal. After that we drove to Poço do Inferno and back to the city. It took exactly the 4 hours and was totally worth it. The views are amazing!

Manuel gave us an amazing tour around the mountain. He clearly loves this area very much, and it shows in the enthusiasm with which he shares all that he knows. We saw a lot of very pretty places, amazing views, and even tasted some local food. It truly was one of the most memorable things we did in Portugal. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

Excellent tour, our guide Manuel Franco was super friendly and had great cultural knowledge about the mountains. Tasting of high quality regional products. I definitely recommend it!!!

The visits to the pit of hell, the covão da Ametade and the Serra tower were incredible. The guide Manuel, very friendly, professional and always asking us if we were ok and if we were enjoying the experience, told us the history of the Serra and some interesting facts. It was a great experience. I recommend Deltatur.
