  Thank you to Shanti Karki for the tour. If you're tight for time the four sites in the city would be sufficient to get a feel for the history of the city but the seven take a full day. Shanti gave so much detail and information about the history, life and architecture at each site and seeing the funeral pyre at the end of day was unexpected and drew reflection. I'd recommend the day to you.

  This tour really surprised me and opened my eyes to their culture and background of Hindu and buddhism. Guide is very respectful and knowledgeable, will take you to the most beautiful and interesting places of heritage in nepal. You will learn all about the different religions and traditions of culture shown amongst the people. Having a driver and the tour guide was amazing knowing the timings and secret areas to see the best spots. Would really recommend taking the opportunity to experience how people worship and learn the different ways of this country and the people. • Exploring seven UNESCO sites in one day!

  It was not easy to see seven beautiful UNESCO sites in one day. But my guide Ananta and driver Gagan were both great and up to the task. I was picked-up promptly at 7AM and we went through all the places as itemized in the tour’s full description. Despite it being a long day, Ananta and Gagan both kept their energy levels high. Ananta was very knowledgeable and you could see his passion in what he does. He truly loves his job meeting new people and telling them about these places with so much enthusiasm. Gagan was a very skillful driver and I felt very safe from pick-up till drop-off. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nepal, especially those with limited time in Kathmandu as you get to see all seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites in only one day.

  Shanti was a great guide. She’s very knowledgeable about the sites. Good thing! She asked whether I wanted to visit the cremation site, to which I politely refused. I had a wonderful time. However, it would have been better if the price was more affordable.

  I had Shanti as my tour guide. She was well informed and answered all my questions and had so much detail to share - she's literally like a walking encyclopedia. She did her bachelor's in tourism and masters in nepali history and culture which explains why she knew so much info. She also gave good pointers on where to take great photos which was very helpful. Also, coming in July which is the rainy season, is better because there's less tourist and you get the perfect shot without the crazy crowds. And for the 3 days I was here, it only started raining heavy after 9pm or midnight so pretty dry and sunny during the day. I would highly recommend this tour and Shanti. • Amazing culture and history tour

  What a fantastic day! I’m a bit of a nerd learning about Hinduism and Buddhism and my guide,Pankaj, explained so much and helped me feel right at home. His insight into the culture and history was so helpful! He protected me from the monkeys and made sure I felt safe walking around some of the traffic areas. Highly recommend Pankaj and this tour to get immersed in Nepalese culture.

  My wife & I had an awesome experience on this day tour, guided by Shanti, a very professional tour guide. She has an educational background in tourism and it clearly manifests in the way she conducted this tour for us. She is knowledgeable, familiar with Nepal's history, culture and current affairs. It was amazing how she was able to guide us through the whole tour within the allocated time, despite challenges with local traffic and the weather. Highly recommend this tour if Shanti can be assigned as your guide.
