5.00We had a fantastic experience with this transfer service from start to finish! Getting to our destination was incredibly easy, and we didn't have to wait long at all upon arrival. On our way back, they were perfectly on time, making our departure completely stress-free. Communication was seamless and efficient via WhatsApp. A special shout-out to the drivers, who were professional, respectful, and courteous, sharing a lot of great knowledge about the island along the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable transportation!

5.00The taxi queue at PLS was reported to be chaotic and slow and reserving a ride in advance was recommended. Price was reasonable for round trip accommodation to/from my hotel. Communication was good, and scheduling my return trip was also easy via What’s App, since cell service here isn’t reliable. I’d definitely use Provo Connection again.

5.00The pickup was seamless. They sent me an email a few days prior with simple clear instructions. As soon as we walked out of customs, we told a guy standing right in front of the entrance that we have a “Provo Connection,” and they escorted us to the pickup area and they transported us and our luggage in an shared air conditioned van to our hotel.

3.00Transfer from the airport was smooth. Planning for my departure back to the airport was not smooth. The instructions provided indicated that I should contact them 24 hours prior to departure to confirm the details of the transfer. I called and left a voicemail and then sent an email. After receiving no response, I called again a number of hours later and still no answer. I called the helpdesk line and they were also unable to reach the local provider and suggested that if they did not show up as planned I could get a refund. I explained to him that my concern was not about getting a refund but rather determining now whether I needed to arrange for another means of getting to the airport. Finally someone called me back and confirmed my pick up for the transfer to the airport for the following day, which then went smoothly the following day.
