  The shuttle is pretty small and all packed. The seats have no support for neck. It is pretty hard for a long bumpy road. My son vomitted.

  Overall, good and punctual company for the price, but with some drawbacks. I used this company to travel both to and from Panajachel. The drive from Antigua passes in zig-zags through the city as they are picking up customers, which can take quite some time and cause car sickness due to the bumpy roads (please prepare accordingly). The van was relatively comfortable and was on time. The drive from Pana was less pleasant, the van was very small and was completely packed. Needless to say, it was not very comfortable. The pickup was on time, and we arrived in about 3h to Antigua. The driver and organization were good, but the small van was a big downside.

  I highly recommend this shuttle. They were prompt and courteous and went out of their way to make our experience very comfortable! The van was spacious and clean and safe. I would definitely use them again!

  While booking and communication were smooth, we waited 2 hours for our shuttle which due to either a mistake or overbooking, were not a shared service as anticipated. Having been back and for the with the operator for over an hour, they sent a car for us from Antigua to Panajachel. This could have been better than expected, but the car was smelly and in poor condition with no marking that it was associated with the tour company. Additionally, the driver was texting and on the phone the entire 3 hours which was very disturbing and made us feel unsafe. When we politely asked him to put his phone down while driving after an hour, he listened for 20 minutes and then resumed texting. When this continued, we messaged the agency who promptly alerted the driver to our complaint. He politely apologized and we arrived safely. I would be very careful when booking with this service as our experience was far below expectations.

  Shared shuttle was a bus from Antigua to Panajachel. Driver picked up at agreed location and dropped us off right infront of hostel in Pana! Highly reccomend.
