We were transferred in a very nice car with air con and given cold water. The driver was waiting for us, he was very friendly and helpful. Door to door service. Nothing went wrong so we were very happy.

It was really so nice coming to Siem Reap and having someone waiting to drive me to my hotel. Very nice guy gave me a cool towel and a nice cold bottle of water. He could speak English which was really helpful and so nice to talk to.
