4.00I do not know what happened to our driver, but he did not arrive. When I contacted Mavern they sent out a new driver and refunded the cost. We were 30 minutes later than we wanted to be, but Mavern did everything they could to make it right, so I have to give them credit where it is due. The car was absolutely spotless, the second driver was marvellous. I will book through them again.

5.00I booked this airport service for my elderly parents traveling to Singapore. I was worried since I wasn't traveling with them and I'm back in the US but Maven Limousine Services sent email updates to me until the drop off at the airport. They answer my phone call promptly when I had questions. I really appreciate their services and will definitely use it again. I recommend this service.
