The driver Accommodated us to a specific restaurant I wanted to try in San Jose and waited patiently. 10/10 will recommend this tour company.

5.00Francisco went above and beyond with our service. We were delayed in customs for quite a long time, and he waited patiently without any issue. He also kindly helped secure specific alcoholic beverages we requested and made a stop at a grocery store so we could pick up snacks. Because of the customs delay, we were running short on time for a night excursion, and Francisco adjusted the plan and dropped us directly at the excursion site to make sure we arrived on time. His flexibility, professionalism, and thoughtfulness truly made our arrival stress-free. Highly recommend.

5.00Francisco was great! The ride was super smooth and comfortable; Francisco gave us juice for the ride after a long, overnight flight. He was very communicative in picking us up, and also very knowledgeable about the area, offering insights into history, geography, and wildlife. He also stopped at our request for an ATM, and would have stopped for breakfast if we hadn't been so tired from our flight. We felt very safe and secure and got to the hotel in record time! I would definitely book again.
