  Excellent airport transfer service. Our drivers were prompt and courteous. Especially enjoyed conversation with Ambrose learning about the city. Highly recommend Prems.

  Brilliant service once again. Used Prems a few times previously and last week for another airport transfer. Communication is great and i like how the drivers send you a pic of their registration so easy to identify the car in amongst all the other similar looking cars. Also got Ambrose to take us to Jersey Gardens for shopping, much better than the bus!

  Brilliant service. Punctual, great communication and nothing too much trouble even when we requested an earlier return transfer due to the TSA queues. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers who showed us some of the local sites on our way into NYC. Shout out to Ambrose for making the transfer smooth and enjoyable. Price as agreed at time of booking . Would highly recommend and use again.

  We have used Prems twice now for JFK transfers and both times have been great, our first time was in ‘23 and our driver was Boxer then in Feb ‘26 with our driver being Ambrose. Both great trips with plenty of good conversation. Highly recommended.

  4 gals, felt safe! They are very punctual, great communication and great price for pick up and drop off from LGA airport/hotel! Definitely recommend, will use again when visiting NYC!

  I had a fantastic experience with Prem’s Luxury Transportation. I sent an email on a Saturday—the day before I was arriving—requesting pickup at LaGuardia Airport. Prem responded first thing Sunday morning, and when he didn’t hear back from me right away, he thoughtfully followed up with a text to confirm whether I still needed a ride or had made other arrangements. I was extremely grateful that he took the time to respond and make sure I was taken care of—especially on a Sunday morning. That level of attentiveness and customer care truly stood out. Both Ambrose and Prem were prompt, professional, excellent communicators, and genuinely lovely to chat with during my rides. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend their service and will absolutely book with them anytime I’m in New York!

  We booked 2 SUVS to pick a group of 14 of us up. The drivers kept in touch with us, waited even though we were left hunting for our bags and were exactly where they said they would be. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to use again. Thankyou, super service.
