  Many tours promise a sighting of a particular animal, but this one delivered in a BIG way! Our guide, Gustavo A, told us, without bragging, that we would definitely see sloths on this tour and within 5 minutes we had sighted one. We went on to see another four throughout the trip and were able to capture some amazing photos. Gustavo was cordial and confident, and related extremely well with everyone in our group of four. At the conclusion of our viewing, we stopped at a small cafe in an eco-resort for a delicious light snack and drink, which was included with the tour.

  Adrian was really amazing as a guide. As part of the tour, you will drive around to various spots around La Fortuna to see wildlife. As you see the different animals, Adrian provides you with very interesting facts. It is clear he cares about the animals as well as helping you understand more about them, the area of La Fortuna, and Costa Rica in general. We saw way more sloths than we even expected to, and Adrian spent a lot of time making sure we were able to grab great pictures and videos of them.

  I had a great time doing the sloth tour! Adrian was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable. We saw multiple sloths and also saw howler monkeys and iguanas. The pace was perfect and the drive was short. Would highly recommend!

  I did this tour with my sister and we were led by the excellent guide Adrian. We saw sloths, howler monkeys, blue jeans and other animals. The experience was really special and Adrian was a knowledgeable and personable guide!

  We did the sloth tour and volcano tour and it was a great experience. Our guide Adrian was so nice and made the tour very enjoyable for our family. We saw many sloths (maybe around 10), including some that were moving around or eating leaves, as well as a juvenile sloth. We were able to take great pictures and videos of the sloths. We also saw many types of birds, some frogs, some coati, etc. We walked on the volcano trail where we could see the more recent rocks and a nice view, and then had lunch with our guide before getting back.   We were a family of four and we had an amazing time seeing the sloths. Our tour guide, Adrian was incredibly kind and genuine. He even adapted the experience to better suit our situation embodying the Pura Vida life style to a tee. Overall very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!

  We just finished a fantastic sloth watching tour and arenal volcano tour provided by Fortuna Services. Our guide Adrian was so kind and knowledgeable, he knew exactly where to go to see the sloth and we got great views of several active sloth. We saw other birds and animals as well and learned a lot about the volcano and history of La Fortuna. At the end we stopped for lunch for a traditional Costa Rican lunch and it was delicious. Overall an amazing tour that we won’t soon forget!

  We did the sloth tour with our 1-year-old daughter, and it was by far the best tour we’ve ever done. The whole experience was magical from start to finish. We saw several sloths in their natural habitat, up close, and the guide was incredibly kind, patient, and passionate about nature. Everything was well organized, and the trail was perfect for going with a baby. It was such a special moment to share as a family, surrounded by the beauty of the rainforest.   Amazing Sloth Tour! The tour was absolutely incredible! We had such a great experience and were lucky to spot several sloths in their natural habitat. Our guide, Adrian, was fantastic – very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole experience even more enjoyable with his positive attitude and deep respect for nature. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Sloth Tour – A Must-Do in La Fortuna! We had an absolutely amazing time on the Sloth Discovery Tour by Fortuna Services! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and felt very personal. Our guide, Adrian, was incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and with a true passion for wildlife. Thanks to his sharp eyes, we spotted multiple sloths (both two- and three-toed), toucans, frogs, and even a blue-jean poison dart frog within minutes. The tour takes place in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by lush greenery. The early morning atmosphere made it even more magical. After the walk, we enjoyed a delicious local breakfast, which was such a nice touch and added to the experience. Transportation was smooth and punctual, and the tour ended with a comfortable drop-off at our hotel. It never felt rushed or overly touristy — just an authentic, educational, and relaxing nature experience. If you're visiting La Fortuna, don’t miss this tour.
