  Worst experience in Rovaniemi, this company is a crook, the activity they deliver is far from what is descibed . It looks like an asian company targeting large group of tourists whith low expectation. We paid for a "small group cross country skiing half day" what was actually a 1h30h beginner initiation in a ski stadium I strongly advise to avoid thai company if you are looking for a small group quality experience, the next day we went with Nordic Odyssey and it was wonderful !

  My husband and I had some experiences about skiing , but there are so many ups and downs over the hills,we still found some difficulties as the ski goes fast while going down hill ,so that it is not very suitable for someone who does not have any experiences on skiing . Besides , the landscape of the forest was amazing! There was also ski tracks for you to follow the way .

  We went skiing today with Natalia , she was amazing and friendly especially teaching my 11 year old family member who needed more support. it was so fun and a good experience. Would recommend to everyone as is better for people who are slower and faster learners 😊😊 everyone was so friendly and helpful

  The ski instructor was friendly, patient and encouraging. We had room of discussion to decide how far we would like our ski routine to be (when he deem that we are skiable). The whole experience was amazing and good. Thank you so much

  We signed up for the Cross-county skiing activity as a family (my husband, 9-yr old daughter & I). While my husband & daughter had a wonderful time skiing, I unfortunately had a fall & injured my wrist (which later turned out to be a fracture!). But this is where I want to call out the excellent support that we got from the tour company, and especially our guide BORIS . He immediately assessed the situation & got someone from the office to take me to the hospital. That person (I hope I'm getting her name right - Valeria) stayed with me the entire time as i saw the doctor & also kept me entertained & distracted from the pain. Boris came back after completing the activity with the rest of the group, stayed with us until the very end (which was way past the activity time & also regular office hours) until I had got my cast. He eventually drove us back to the tour office & also returned my ski gear himself. We truly appreciated his professionalism & his kindness and would recommend him highly! Thank you Boris !!!
