5.00Keira was amazing so warm and welcoming I’ve done yoga before but my partner not really maybe 20 years ago we are both 50 and the lesson itself was really good .. watching the sunrise with the colours in the sky was magical

5.00My friend and I were lucky enough to find this place in Koh Lipe Sunrise beach ' privilege location. Keirita was super nice. Class was beginner friendly as she always suggested alternative poses for those who were not too experienced, making it enjoyable for all.
Yoga and dive with Keira is a MUST.

5.00Keira is a wonderfully calm and experienced yoga instructor providing a great class infront of the ocean and beach, absolutely perfect. We also went diving with Keira and she is honestly the best dive instructor I've ever had ( in over 100 dives) she is calm, points so many cool things out under water and ensures you have a wonderful experience from start to end. There is no stress, no rush, maximum safety and fun.
Very enjoyable. Would highly recommend

5.00Was my first time doing yoga. The weather wasn’t great but we were under cover just in case it rained. Keirita was fantastic and brought us through everything in detail. Would high recommend.

5.00I can’t express enough how thankful I am for Keira. She is an amazing yoga teacher with a fantastic personality. Her voice during the class helps to relax and make us feel comfortable. You can try the class if you are a beginner or not she will help you in any case 🥰 I hope I can see you again and maybe next time also can participate in a diving too.

5.00My partner and I experienced our first sunrise yoga session this morning and it was so surreal. Keiritas made us both feel so comfortable as beginners and supported us throughout. Doing this class gave us a deeper insight into yoga, and we came to the realisation that we would love to pursue with it! Thank you so much Keiritas, it would not have been the experience that it was without your calming voice and encouragement! The sunrise was a bonus too!

5.00Another amazing trip to Keiritas yoga classes! I did a 3 class package and still feeling the benefits. This time Keiras classes were held under a beautiful shaded tree on a deck overlooking sunrise beach. Her class is tailored to suit all levels and when I found some poses challenging she calmy offered modifications which I could manage. The only yoga instructor right now on Koh Lipe, you will have a first rate experience with Keira, no doubt. She is also an experienced scuba instructor so she can also guide you to a safe and fun scuba diving experience. Oh, and she donates part of her profits to the local dog shelter which is amazing

5.00I´ve tried different yogaclasses during my holidays but never ever have I met anybody so smooth, kind, varm, positive and talanted as Keira. Her classes makes miracle to your body and mind. If you are planning to visit Lipe, do your self a favour and attend to one or several classes because it´s so worth it. Thanks for this week Keira, hope I see you next year! Hugs, Annethe from Sweden
