What To Expect
赤ワインの陰に隠れがちだが、ボルドーの白ワインは驚くほど多様性に富んでいる。食前酒には生き生きとしたレモン風味のソーヴィニヨン、夕食にはまろやかで複雑な味わいのセミヨン、そしてもちろん名高いソーテルヌも忘れてはならない。 このインタラクティブで親密なテイスティングでは、白ワインの世界にどっぷりと浸ることができます。歴史、原産地呼称、ブドウ品種、醸造技術、そして左岸と右岸の比較など、様々な側面を体験できます。 ステンレス鋼が鮮度を保ち、オーク樽がまろやかさと骨格を与える仕組みを実感していただけるでしょう。 認定ワイン専門家のセシリアの案内で、家族経営のワイナリー、オーガニックワイナリー、有名ワイナリーから厳選された4種類のワイン（うち1種類はシークレットワイン）をテイスティングします。 それぞれのワインには熟成したフランス産チーズが添えられており、独創的な料理とワインの組み合わせをお楽しみいただけます。 ご自宅で練習を続けられるよう、テイスティングブックレットをお持ち帰りいただきます。 季節に応じて、テイスティングはボルドー風の部屋、プライベートの中庭、または当ホテルのセラーで行われます。 ワインはセッション終了後に購入可能で、赤ワイン好きの方のためにアレンジも可能です。 ご予約前に、ご希望の日程に応じて日本語または韓国語でご連絡ください。

5.00Cecilia did a wonderful job of explaining the wine and wine classifications for the Bordeaux region, which is very helpful as the approach is different than in the US. We also tasted some delicious wines. This experience is an excellent value for the money and we would highly recommend it to anyone who really wants to understand the wines they are drinking from the region.
