  We recently had the pleasure of Daniel leading us on a tour of Budapest. Along with being very friendly, he was very informative and did a great job showing us the many highlights of Budapest. The transportation and driver that accompanied him were also friendly and the ride was very spacious and comfortable. His English was great, he helped us try some of the local “chimney cakes”, and all his recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to make the most out of their trip to Budapest!

  I’ve had great success with guided tours booked thru Viator but this tour was truly exceptional! Daniel Botto is the ultimate guide. From initial conversations about customization of the days planned route down to arrangement of comfortable transportation with English speaking driver ( shout out to Eric) for 4 senior adults, Daniel had every detail in perfect order. He placed a lot of effort into making sure our day was filled with sights we wanted to see….not a typical “canned” tour. His extensive knowledge of Hungarian history & details of architectural design are amazing. Plus, his bilingual skills are perfect. I can’t recommend him highly enough! If you want to see the best of Budapest, this is your tour!

  A great experience with a very good guide. We loved this as an intro to our Budapest story! We did the tour on New Years Eve and I can’t say thank you enough for accommodating that since we had a very limited time in the city.

  It was an outstanding experience!! From being picked up at our hotel to seeing so much of Budapest in such a fantastic manner, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Daniel and our driver were prompt and helpful. Daniel shared his wonderful knowledge of everything Budapest in an open and friendly manner. He answered our questions. It was a pleasure to see Budapest through his eyes.

  Had a great tour of the city with Daniel. He was very personable and very knowlegeable about the city and of Hunagary's history. The tour was very relaxed and tailored to what we wanted to see. I cannot recommend more highly.

  Pick up was on time and the visits to Matthias Church and the Fisherman’s Bastion were super. The rest of the excursion seemed to consist of driving along through the streets of Pest with an on the go explanation of what it was we were driving past. No stop for refreshment. The next day we took bus tour organized by our cruise ship with about 35 of us and we got far more in-depth information and historical nuggets than the day before. The private tour did not live up to our expectations.
