食事: 途中に基本的な食べ物 (豆のスープ、ミートボール、お茶など) を購入できる小屋が 2 軒ありますが、今日のプログラムはかなりタイトで、きちんとした昼食をとる時間がほとんどないことが確実なので、ソフィアからランチパックを持参することをお勧めします。
難易度: ハイキング ルートは中程度の難易度で、急な傾斜の短い小道が点在します。歩きやすい靴をご持参ください。サンダルやビーチサンダルはご利用いただけません。夏は午後に激しい雨が降ることもあるため、レイン ジャケットがあると便利です。
5 月と 6 月の出発について重要なお知らせです。ツアーの参加可否は天候とリフトの運行状況によって異なりますのでご了承ください。
地形は非常に湿っていて滑りやすく、その地域にはまだ雪が残っています。このような状況で歩くには、適切な装備（良いトレッキング ブーツ、防水服、ジャケットの下に着る暖かい服）が必要です。ハイキングは厳しいので、十分な体力も必要です。湖のいくつかは雪に覆われている可能性があることに注意してください。
重要！すべてのリフトと同様に、リラの七湖へのハイキングに使用されるリフトは、（強風、停電などにより）運行を停止する場合があります。このような事態が発生した場合、ガイドがその場で代替のハイキングをご提案します。このような状況が発生した場合、ツアーの払い戻しは受けられませんのでご了承ください。

Seven Rila Lakes
ツアーは、リラへの早めの乗り換えから始まり、セブンリラレイクスLakeシルクへの短いケーブルカーの乗車が続きます。氷河湖は海抜2100〜2500m / 6800〜8200フィートで、Babreka（腎臓）、Okoto（眼）、Salzata（涙滴）などの名前がその形状に合っています。フィットネスに応じて厳密なタイムスケジュールに従う必要があるため、トレッキング全体をすべての湖の周りを歩くか、散歩を短くしていくつかをスキップすることができます（通常は最高の2つ）。

Great day in the Rila mountains with Radi

4.00Our guide Radi was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. He had a wealth of knowledge about the area we visited, general knowledge about Bulgaria’s history and was keen to to share it with us. The walking was great and Radi managed a group of differing fitness levels well. The bus driver was really safe, especially coming down the mountain in a thunder storm!!! We enjoyed the monastery very much but were disappointed that not all areas were open by the time we got there ( kitchen area). Overall a great day, well worth it and got us back in time to see Harry Kane score 2 fantastic goals in World Cup match against DRCongo!!!!

5.00It was an incredible trip, from the views of the seven lagoons to the monastery. It is an intermediate hike and is totally worth it; the views and the experience you have are incredible. Additionally, our guide was very friendly, always attentive to everything (English guide).

3.00This is a great day out of Sofia… beautiful monastery and the mountains & lakes were amazing. This could easily be a 5 star trip but tarnished by the unfriendliness of the tour guide. Multiple times she kept on about being on time and somehow she managed to delay our return to Sofia by 40 mins. In addition more people joined the bus which was not mentioned and thus created some frustration with other travellers.

5.00Amazing day! Radi, our tour guide was not only lovely but very informative. I went with my son and would highly recommend it to anyone. Some day tours are often rushed but this tour was perfect. Plenty of time for the hike and we also had plenty of time to look around the beautiful monastery.

4.00A great day out, an easy way to see both the Rila Monastery and the seven lakes within the same day. We booked the guided option however we didn’t realise the guide was in relation to the hike. We decided to do the hike unguided as we wanted to do the full loop walk to the summit to see all 7 lakes - if we had done the guided we would only get to see 5. It took around 2.5 hours to do full loop walk with about 1.5 hours to chill at the bottom! Plus the fried bread at the monastery was a yummy bonus!
