  Poorly managed, abusive kitchen staff & overpriced. Hard working underpaid staff abused by manager Sterling Guilherme( highly unqualified, abusive & defective - reacted terribly under pressure to customer request & was mildy belligerent). Quality of food is criminally sub par( serving rib chuck the lowest quality rib meat (premium plates are over 160$ disgusting price considering we got poor quality cheese boards & the following experience) often labelled stewing beef in grocery stores - labeling it as a braised short rib, only there are clearly no ribs or bones at all, another cook admitted it was chuck & theyre boiling it in a covered pan of water instead of ACTUALLY BRAISING it.. clearly current management knows nothing of fine food or cooking period but is for some reason in that position.? flavor was gone, watery even, without excess gravy, meat depresses and falls apart into a mess yet surprisingly tough/ chewy given how soggy it was. To cook apparently its exceeding 250°F for minimum of 6 hours, temperature abused for as much as 18hrs total cook time. Which for anyone one who knows how to safely handle good or at least braise it is just DISTURBING & WRONG. neglecting to discard temp abused food on a regular basis- criminal neglect employs an unstable abusive dishwasher who was not only visibly hostile/ obnoxious with coworkers & guests during the cruise but was seen being catered to by the same manager immediately following the cruise. This & the experience raised questions to all of us as to why this manager was employed or at least why in that position given how its effecting the work force who actually brings in the money & has their face in everything. Very disappointed & will not recommend or return. Previous experience was great, tried this out couple times in the past 2018, 2019 & everyone loved it. New manager, new menu, new experience have changed that. Will take our summer staff party to a more pleasant atmosphere

  What a lovely evening! My wife and I wanted to do something different while we were visiting Kingston so we decided on their sunset dinner cruise that we initially found on TripAdvisor. Boarding started at 6 PM with a underway time of 6:30 PM. The Ship was probably about 30% full. We paid extra for window seating. It seemed that everybody but two small parties did that as well. The center was open except for those two parties. We were whisked on board without issue and seated in the forward third of the ship. There was a lovely appetizer already set out for us. Our server for the most part was a young lady named Kat. Dan, was narrating the voyage and playing guitar. He was actually quite good! We ordered underway cocktails and a bottle of wine for our three hour tour. Our cocktails were well crafted and delicious! After our underway, the meal was served banquet style. Our salad course came out after getting underway. The salad was very tasty though very light on the dressing. I would almost say it wasn’t dressed, but was still tasty nonetheless. For our main courses, I ordered the braised short rib while my wife ordered their chicken supreme. There was also a salmon and vegetarian dish available. When the main courses were served, I was truly surprised and delighted. My braised short rib was absolutely delicious! My wife enjoyed her chicken supreme as well. Another thing we truly enjoyed during the course of the Cruise was the narration by Doug! He did a great job pointing out sites and giving delightful stories along the way. My wife decided to upgrade the dessert to their caramel carrot cheesecake while I stuck with the European cheesecake. Not sure what made it European, it tasted like any other cheesecake to me. The last half of the cruise was mostly music from Doug and some taped music as well. We pulled in near precisely three hours after we left. It was a terrific evening and well worth the dollars spent!   The dinner cruise was just wonderful! The food was excellent, the entertainment was amazing. The Captain singing karaoke was the icing on the cake.

  What an amazing experience. Food was great, service exceptional, entertainment amazing! I have always wanted to cruise around the 1000 Islands and am glad I was finally able to do it. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking at booking it up, you won’t be disappointed.

  The experience itself was great! Despite some hiccups, I would still recommend it. The final bill was a little messed up with incorrect drinks and dessert (from what we actually received) listed. Also, if you upgrade the dessert, be prepared to pay approx. $11.50. They don't indicate that or the price on the menu. For tickets... despite the fact that you may download and add the tickets to your electronic wallet, the tour operator foes not accept them and you will have to attend the kiosk near the dock to obtain a printed ticket. I learned this after standing in line for 30 minutes waiting to board. The good news is that the tables are assigned, so no need to worry about losing your seat.

  The boat is a commercial boat with more places than the one in the poster. Otherwise ok without infamy and without praise Beautiful landscapes

  The sunset cruise was well organized and fun. Dinner was good, not great. Was disappointed and upset that the so-called dessert upgrade that my son and partner had, was a $12 per person added extra. Now, considering that you already paid to get a New York cheesecake as part of the dinner, the $12 extra for a chocolate layer cake was very excessive. The difference between the two cannot be more than a few dollars in Any restaurant, and stand alone- maybe 6-8$ . They should have given him the cheesecake as well.
