午前10時 スタジオに集合 午前10時15分~10時30分 日本家庭料理講座&東京ガイド 10:30 - 12:30 クッキング&テイスティング 学習内容: -家庭でも再現しやすい簡単な材料と技術で、本格的なラーメンの出汁を一から作る方法。 ― ― ラーメンのトッピングにぴったりの、柔らかくて風味豊かなチャーシューの作り方。 ・手作りのフィリングで餃子を作って折りたたむコツをマスターする方法 -餃子を完璧に炒めて、看板メニューのカリカリと黄金色の底を実現する方法。 -日本語テーブル設定の基本。 このクラスには、 -ホームスタイルラーメン -餃子 (餃子) ・季節の野菜おかず ・緑茶 *重要なお知らせ 食物アレルギーや特別な食事を必要とする方。 このメニューはベジタリアンにも適応できますが、残念ながらグルテンフリーの食事には適していません。 おかずに使う野菜は季節によって変わります。 おうちラーメン&餃子教室なので、卵麺や餃子の包み紙はゼロから用意していません。 でも、だし汁やラーメンのスープを、一から作る方法を学ぶ機会があります。 何卒ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。

Yuki is a great host! Came with my two kids and their grandma. Everyone enjoyed the class. Everything was very suitable for 10-12 year olds to do. Instructions are clear and we got to see a lot of really cool Japanese kitchenware ! I definitely recommend the class to any family.

Lovely intimate learning experience in Yuki's home. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and speaks English well. We had fun, learnt so much and are looking forward to trying our new skills at home. There was so much food we couldn't finish it all. Best gyoza we have ever eaten! We highly recommend making a booking.

To get straight to the point, Yuki is a fantastic cooking instructor (also a lovely person) and I would highly recommend her cooking classes to anyone interested in learning to make Japanese cuisine at home! In the ramen/gyoza class we took, Yuki walked us through the elements of the dishes we made and also highlighted what to do for different regional variations. Any questions I had (sometimes before I could ask it) she was able to answer! e.g. the purpose of different ingredients, their alternatives if you can't easily find them outside Japan, how to cook for friends with dietary requirements, etc etc. Quick note: I recommend that you bring your appetite because 1) not only is the food you make so delicious; but 2) there's a lot of it! By the end of the class, my partner and I felt very confident we could easily apply what we had learnt back home and cook for (and impress) ourselves, family and friends. Thanks again Yuki!!

Had an amazing experience. She was patience and was able to adjust to a vegan option on the spot (I forgot to put it in for a family member). The food was amazing. Her teaching style is very auntie-like. I love the dumplings. I have not bought them since she taught me how to make them. And her green beans with the crush sesame seeds was Devine. The ramen 😍 😋 the ramen was everything you could dream of. Talk about living the dream.

Yuki was an amazing teacher. She was friendly and inspiring. I learned a lot from this wonderful experience of cooking ramen from scratch.. We had a great time cooking, laughing, and lastly I got to enjoy the ramen that I learned to prepare from class. Overall, I think the class was fun and enjoyable. Thanks, Yuki!

Learning to make ramen and gyoza is an experience that I’ll carry with me forever from my travels in Japan. Being able to enjoy an authentic bowl of ramen at will will take me back to Japan any time I wish. Yuki’s skill as a teacher, as well as a host is impeccable

The host, Yuki, was amazing. She didn't realize my husband and I don't eat meat and was able to modify each dish. The ramen, green beans, and dumplings were tasty. The time allotted was appropriate, Yuki was engaging and friendly. The atmosphere was inviting. The cost is worth it. She has different recipes, I can't wait to come back
