集合時間前に集合場所に到着すると閉店の可能性がありますが、ガイドは集合時間の15分前に到着しますので、しばらくお待ちください。
集合時間はe-bike説明会のツアー開始時刻の15分前となります。
団体ツアーとなります。ツアー開始時間に遅れた場合は、途中参加はできませんのでご注意ください。
雨天等でツアーが開催できないと判断された場合は、ツアー前日にメールにてお知らせいたします。 1）旅程の変更 2）レンタルツアーへの変更 3）e-bikeで通常行く場所ではなく、電車で普段行かない場所に行く特別ツアーへの変更など、いくつかの選択肢をお伺いします。 4)返金 以下のいずれかの選択肢を求められますのでご注意ください。
交通事情により、ツアー終了時間が約30分遅れる場合があります
ツアー当日、天候が変更になった場合は、安全上の理由によりツアーを中止する場合があります。 メールでもお知らせします。
アレルギーや菜食主義には対応できませんのでご了承ください。
荷物を預ける必要がある場合は、E-bikeショップに預ける場所があります。 背嚢も無料でレンタルできます。

5.00Shinobu was a knowledgeable tour guide. He made sure we were safe and took the time to explain everywhere we stopped. We went to 4-5 stops where he had visuals on his iPad ready to explain to us the culture and history of the different spots! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a guided bike tour! He also went over the 3 hour time limit and didn’t mind at all! Worth the price of admission! Best price that we found on get your guide! Very peaceful and adventurous ride! Streets were not crowded at all!

5.00This was our first time in Tokyo so I thought the bike tour would be a good way to see different areas of the city. This tour did not disappoint! We went by the Kabuki theater, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, one of the historic Tokyo bridges, a gorgeous Japanese garden (very zen), that I would have never found on my own, and through a food shop street that smelled delicious. Our guide, Yoto, gave us a little historical context at every stop. The biking was not hard, especially on the e-bike, and we stopped often. I would highly recommend as a great way to see the city.

5.00A great bike ride with a friendly and knowledgeable host. Yota knew the points of interest and the history of the stops on route and was very accommodating of our group. The tour does ride on the streets although Yota gave us all the safety guidelines so that I felt very comfortable with the ride. Well worth the price.

5.00A fun way to see the city. We Covered a lot of area that we wouldn’t have been able to do without the e bikes. Our guide, F.K. was able to answer our numerous questions. We Enjoyed seeing Tokyo station and the Imperial Palace area.
