5.00Amane is an exceptional guide and really made this a special and unique experience. His unique position as a young Japanese man navigating Japan’s push into modernity while also trying to respect tradition makes for a very interesting mochi pounding experience that goes beyond the motions. Extremely fun and interesting experience!

5.00Awesome Mochi making workshop! Our host Shin was very accommodating and just great to talk to. He also pre-pounded the Mochi before we arrived so we didn't have to work up a sweat before eating.

5.00We had the best experience ever!! While on a Japan trip I was looking for an experience that I could learn the Japanese culture actively, and this was it!!! 5.00Fantastic mochi experience! I went with my friend, and it was so much fun pounding the mochi. Also I was able to learn the traditional ingredients, not just the icecream mochi that we eat everyday
