5.00Chesito was very helpful with sorting our future train travel tickets around Japan and teaching us how to navigate Tokyo Station. With great humour and patience she took us to markets, temples and iconic Tokyo hotspots. We enjoyed spending the time with her and learning more about Japanese culture and life in Japan. We would not hesitate in recommending her as your guide. Jacqui & David

5.00Our guide Hamada combined several food stops with tours of several historic sites in the city of Tokyo. Explaining some of the history of the city while visiting shrines as well as including popular food stops was the highlight of our tour. He gave us about several options that we could consider and let us tailor the tour towards our needs. As we spent the day together, we got to know each other very well so that he felt like he was part of our family

5.00We did a tour with Hiromi, she was great! She was very kind and took us to places we were interested in, we also went to great food places and she explained to us what certain things meant. She also got lots of photos of us which was really good as well. Amazing service, thank you Hiromi!

5.00My teenage son and I had an incredible time with our guide, Chisato! She went above and beyond to make sure my son’s wishes were fulfilled — from visiting the Pokémon Center to finding the perfect LINE plush and enjoying delicious Hokkaido ice cream at Tokyo Station. Chisato also made sure to accommodate my request to visit a local standing sushi bar, which ended up being the highlight of my culinary experience in Tokyo. Her friendly and thoughtful guidance made our day unforgettable! Highly recommend!

5.00we had our tour guide Chisato all to ourselves, like a private tour! she took us to Ueno, Shibuya and other shrines etc. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. She picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off too. She got us free drinks and desserts and she took us to one of the best wagyu restaurants! even though our tour would end at 5pm, she went beyond that and really showed us around. She took us to the places we wanted to go, like Parco for anime! she always took photos of us too which really took the hassle off of doing selfies! I would highly recommend this tour and tour guide! lovely lady!

5.00I booked this walking tour on a whim and do not regret it. Unfortunately, the weather was awful and it was raining the whole day, but our tour guide Chisato went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. She meticulously planned the whole day, catering to my son’s preference and mine. So so happy to have met her! Great job guys!

5.00Went on a walking tour with Chisato with my family of three. She was very pleasant, understanding and accommodating. She was also able to modify put tour based on our interests and time situation. She went above and beyond to make sure our visit to Tokyo was worthwhile and memorable! The wagyu beef was also phenomenal and I hate myself for forgetting the name of the restaurant but I will definitely find out and visit the place again when I plan another trip to Tokyo in the future. Thank you so much Chisato for the unforgettable time in Japan with your guidance!

5.00This was a great way to experience Japan with a guided tour. Chisato was an amazing guide. She is very fluent in English, and was able to give plenty of interesting facts about the sites. She was very kind, and energetic. She made me feel very welcomed in Japan. She took many photos, I booked through the Washoku Club team via Klook, and they organized a great day of traveling, catering to my interests. This was also an easy way to navigate the metro system and learn how to use them on my own after the tour. I highly recommend the Washoku Club Team and Chisato as an amazing tour guide!
