  If you just want to see the city skyline from the top of an open bus, this tour is for you. If you expect there to be a guided tour or entertainment like was advertised, then you won’t get your money’s worth because that didn’t happen. I’d seek an alternative option…

  Please avoid this company if you are looking for any professional or decent company with any honesty or company care. We were there in January 2026 and written directly for a complete refund due to being on a number of buses with no commentary.I went to their offices where nobody accepted any responsibility, they are only interested in taking your money and not delivering anything that they promise. BE WARY AVOID THEM

  Bus broke down. Left early leaving one of our party behind. Has to walk 22 blocks back. No refund offered

  Arrived early, Forced to get on a full bus before our scheduled time. Operator said there were over 20 seats remaining at the top of the bus, that was a lie. The 8 that were there, were scattered. We got terrible seats, my party was separated. Unable to get nice pictures as anticipated. Better tours available.

  My experience on the bus was terrible. On the evening tour he stopped at one place we sat there for over ten minutes so people were asking what’s going on and someone said the bus is broke. People got off then all of sudden the bus was moving again. No one told us what were looking at no tour guide. Honestly I need to get a refund. It was the 8 pm bus. Disappointed

  Please listen we were convinced to buy a five day pass for all options. Bus ferry ect. What a darn joke $129 each. The ear connections don’t work on 3/4 of the time. The bus stops are so hard to find and the amount of time you spend in traffic is a total joke. Pathetic
