Amazing experience with Maria!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of getting to experience Maria’s’ beautiful home, class, and charm all by ourselves. Maria is a gem. She was so welcoming and hospitable. Her home and her property is fascinating. We learned so much about the rich history and culture of Sardinia and its people from the inland. She was so willing to share and explain the history and her life story with us. She produces so much of her own ingredients which adds an element to the overall experience that we were definitely delighted by! We learned how to prepare a few Sardinian staple dishes that were absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend Maria enough. If you’re in the area, it’s a no brainer, but Maria is worth traveling to Olbia/Sardinia alone!

A beautiful evening learning the traditions how to make pasta and tiramisu with a group of people - overall very entertaining The only comment is we didn’t have a car and were surprised how far out of town the event was

This was probably the best experience of our entire trip! Maria was wonderful and let us help cook all of the dishes. Handmade pastas and tiramisu were all excellent! She also gave some history of the food and culture. It was an easy location to find, quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend!!!
