3.00Viator did not give full details of services. AAB does not pick up for Skytrains passengers but that is not stated on the Viator app; only the web page. Travelers don't carry computers usually. A response to my booking didnt come until 40 mins later after requested pick up time telling me I had to wait 2 hours for a major airlines flight to land. I understand financial operations best suited for larger groups so this should be mentioned in booking. The counter agent was very helpful except consistently telling me i can cancel when I repeatedly stated I don't want to cancel. The drive was safe & efficient & polite. Took about 45mins to reach my hotel in Airlie. It is much cheaper than cabs & Uber. I'll use them again b/c I now know the correct way to use them.

5.00Excellent Service - we used this company both ways. Picked up and dropped off at accommodation (important given the hill !). Shared transfer to Airlie and just our family on return. Prompt service and helpful when booking. Would recommend.
