  So exciting tour specially the visit to the museums and nice view of Backwaters and the excellent Guide and Driver Mohanan. I highly recommend it to all visitors to Trivandrum.

  There was little pleasantly memorable about this trip. The two of us, friends and colleagues, were picked up by a driver. His English was minimal and our expectations were to visit Trivandrum. When he proposed the backwaters, we were surprised and said no, as we have this tour coming. He then dropped us off at the temple and told us to go around; so no guiding whatsoever. We then went to the museum followed by the art gallery. Then lunch at Mother’s Vegs Plaza which might be typical of the region but which we found somewhat unhygienic and unpleasant to watch, let alone partake. Overall we had a driver and no guiding for the whole outing. In addition, the trip description should be more accurate and more detailed. Worse Viator tour I ever had! The guide is the most important element of any tour.

  During the whole day I had the chance to visit the mangrove forest rich in birdlife, get to the golden Beach, see a giant statue of Shiva, have lunch in a delicious local restaurant, visit the marasha palace with its museum and see the temple. Experience absolutely to try if you come to Trivandrum. Very courteous companion. During the whole day I had the chance to visit the mangrove forest full of birdlife, arrive at the golden beach, see a giant statue of Shiva, have lunch in a delicious local restaurant, visit the marasha palace with its museum and see the temple . A must do experience if you come to Trivandrum. The driver was very nice.

  First of all don't plan it on a Monday as some attractions are closed. But being said that the travel operators and especially the driver Mr. Mohan were very accommodating. All in all great experience.
