  Maggie was very responsive and accommodating, especially when we had to make last-minute changes to our itinerary due to the bad weather. She made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. Our guide, Mr. Hung, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He shared interesting insights about the places we visited, gave us excellent local recommendations, and even helped us take lots of beautiful photos throughout the trip. Thank you for making our Taiwan trip so memorable! We truly appreciated the outstanding service and highly recommend Maggie and Mr. Hung to anyone visiting Taiwan.

  Great tour. Nice driver/guide. Took lots of great pictures and mapped out a nice day. If you don’t know Chinese, bring a translation device or app.

  The tour itself would've been such an amazing experience, through no fault of the tour company, the weather just didn't go very well on the later half of the trip. We tried to make do with what we can of the remaining time. Our tour driver was kind enough to try to find us a shop to buy change of clothes/ slippers after the downpour. Took some great photos of our group and was diligent in sending it immediately after tour. Thank you.

  It was a reservation at short notice, but they were willing to accept it. They were very helpful in Japanese and I was very relieved. The drivers on the day were very resourceful and I am very happy with them. Thank you very much.
