  My family and I enjoyed and got a lot out of this tour, mainly because our guide, Silvia, was so wonderful. A native Florentine, she was fun, witty, and extremely knowledgeable about the city and the art and architecture we saw as part of the tour. She deftly navigated our group of nine to the optimal spots near and around the artwork and sculptures where we could get a close up view of the pieces while she explained them to us. By the days end, I feel like my family and I had an excellent one-day course in Renaissance Art in probably the best city to learn and experience it. In all my travels, Silvia was one of the most outstanding and memorable guides I’ve been fortunate to be with. Highly recommend this tour and Ms. Silvia.

  I greatly appreciated this tour. It was a "quick" overview of two museums. I really appreciated the Accademia and David. Small museum so cover most in an hour. We did the planned walk from Accademia to Uffizi with our tour guide, Cosetia, doing an excellent job pointing out/explaining what we are walking by. Very informative and well done (past Duomo complex, Piazza delle Signoria, Arch...) One person on tour did not look at itinerary and didn't appreciate the narrated walk, just wanted museum...Cosetia did an excellent job for 7 of 8, who all knew the itinerary.....The Uffizi is huge with LOTS of art work and very little else....Cosetia did a perfect job of showing the highlights in an hour and left us to roam in museum at much as desired after tour.....well designed and well conducted tour

  I love the small group tours. Our guide was informative and personable. I enjoyed the Uffizi tour much more than the other two times I visited -- partly because of our guide and partly because we were lucky to be there at a less busy time.

  Seeing David and Michael Angelo's creations were amazing. A once in a lifetime experience. Sylvia was so knowledgeable about everything. I could feel her passion as she explained everything. She got me with his eyes.

  More focused on the art than the city. If you want an outdoor walking tour with more time spent on the city center and favorites, pick a different one

  Amazing tour guides. They take you to the most important pieces in each museum and also offer an interesting commentary on the architecture of Florence as you travel along its cobbled roads. The tour operators were great, too! Maybe the biggest plus is that you skip the long, long lines into both museums and get whisked in right away!
