カトマンズ渓谷を広範囲に探索するため、ホテルから専用車両でお迎えいたします。 この旅程の主な目的地には、カトマンズ・ダルバール広場、スワヤンブー・ストゥーパ、ボドナト・ストゥーパ、パシュパティ・ヒンドゥー寺院などがあり、いずれもユネスコの世界遺産に指定されています。 カトマンズ・ダルバール広場は、古代の建築の驚異と並んで、歴史的、精神的なランドマークが豊富にあります。 また、ネパールの生神女クマリ・ガーの住居クマリ・ガーを訪れ、クマリ・ガーの中庭を含むクマリ・チョークを探索する機会もあります。
次は、5世紀に建てられ、後にマッラの王たちによって改修されたパシュパティナート寺院へ。 パシューパティナートは、その敷地内に500以上の寺院を収容している点で注目に値する。 さらに、ブーダナートとスワヤンブーナートの仏塔を訪れます。 ブーダナートはネパールで最も重要な仏教巡礼地のひとつとして認識されており、祈祷旗がはためくドーム型の目立つ建造物が特徴である。 ストゥーパに並ぶ祈祷車は特に参拝客に人気がある。

もう一つの重要な場所は、サルの集団が生息するスワヤンブナートで、しばしばサルの寺院として知られている。 中央のストゥーパへは365段の階段を昇らなければならず、その間に様々な小さな祠に出会うことになる。 スワヤンブナートは多数の祈祷車で飾られており、ここに位置する仏像はネパール全土で最大のものである。

本日は、もう一つのユネスコ世界遺産、マッラ王の王宮であったパタン・ダルバール広場を訪れます。 このサイトには、3つのユニークな中庭があります。 Sundari Chowk、Mul Chowk、そしてKeshav Narayan Chowkである。 パタン・ダルバール広場の特筆すべき建造物には、シカラ建築様式で有名なクリシュナ・マンディルがある。 パタンでの時間の後、ヒンドゥー神話で重要な遺跡であるダクシンカリ寺院へと進みます。ここでは主にヤギとニワトリの動物生贄が行われます。 その後、カトマンズ渓谷の周縁部に位置する古代の村、チョバールへと向かいます。チョバールは数々の洞窟と風光明媚なバグマティ渓谷で知られています。

標高2,100メートルに位置するナガルコットは、カトマンズのすぐ外にあるパノラマビューで有名です。 この日は、エベレスト（8,848m ） 、 ドルジェ・ラクパ（6,966m ） 、 ラングタン（7,234m ） 、 ガネシュ・ヒマル（7,422m ） 、 ガウリ・シャンカール（7,134m ） 、 ロルワリング（7,181m）など、ネパールの雄大な峰々を眺めるため、早めに登るのがおすすめ。

息を呑むような朝の景色を堪能した後、カトマンズに戻り、ユネスコ世界遺産に登録されているチャングー・ナラヤン寺院を訪れます。 この寺院はネパールで最も古い寺院の一つで、複雑な彫刻と精巧な装飾で飾られています。
Bhaktapur Durbar Square
さらに、いくつかの重要な歴史的寺院、中庭、複雑に彫られた門がある、もう一つのユネスコ世界遺産であるバクタプル・ダルバール広場を探索する機会もあります。 この広場は宗教や文化活動の拠点となっており、精巧なネワリ建築と芸術性をアピールしている。 最終的にはカトマンズに戻り、ツアーの締めくくりとなります。

5.00I had such a good week in Kathmandu, thanks for this Company. They very quickly put a plan in place for me, and we’re open to my suggestion. Suggestions in terms of helping me plan my week. From there other than booked and took care of everything including flights hotels and always ensured the driver was there for all of my transfers to and from. The price was great given all the things that I was able to do and see within the week; visit the world heritage, fly to Chitwan and stay two nights overnight in a resort within the jungle, Chandgiri hills cable car, Dubar sq and lots more local sights. I can’t thanks them for her kind Karen and considerate they have been, they listened. They were helpful and always responded to my WhatsApp messages extremely quickly. This was really helpful as an insured that I always had the answers and I could ask questions and that they were able to help me. I couldn’t recommend more.

5.00Although the tour involves quite a bit of driving, it rewards you with absolutely gorgeous views in the mountains. The scenery alone makes the long hours on the road worthwhile. My guide was friendly and clearly tried his best to ensure I had a great experience—his effort and enthusiasm really stood out.
