  Terrible experience! I’m not the kind of person who complains of everything or without a very good reason. But my experience in Vaticano was tbe worst I’ve ever had. The guide was in hurry since the meeting point. He didn’t explain how was going to be the flow, didn’t ask where people were from and nothing else. The whole tour was walking at a pace of almost running. No stops for pictures at all. But the worst point was that he spoke so so so fast, that if you missed one word, you were gone. I did try to ask for a slower speaking and at this point he showed himself uncomfortable and finally made the question of where the people from the group were from. We all answered and nothing changed. He immediately kept talking at Spotify speed 3.0 without ever asking of we were following him. Above, I mentioned facts. But apart from that, he had some atitudes that made us feel some sort of xenofoby against latins. Shame. By the way: I work in American companies for over 20 Years and English is Never a problem to me, so, my conclusion is that even of he spoke in my native language, the tour would have been unproductive in terms of Learning and totally unplesant. I can’t remember his name, but tour was on May,15th at 8:15am.

  Brilliant way to see St Peter's Basilica & the Sistine Chapel, without the queues. The guides took us right through the line-up without having to wait. The commentary by Francesca was fresh and interesting. Our party of 2 was late, but Franceska welcomed us when we caught up with the rest of the group. We saw so much, and then had the opportunity to go back and see more in further detail. A great tour of a landmark attraction.

  The Vatican tour was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide, Ekaterina, was fantastic — you can immediately tell that she has deep knowledge and truly loves what she does. She tells stories in such an emotional, engaging, and captivating way that the whole excursion flew by in what felt like a moment. The tour was incredibly interesting, easy to follow, and genuinely enjoyable. I learned so much and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this tour to everyone!

  Emma was very knowledgeable and was able to navigate the large crowds and highlight thr key things in the Vatican museums, st peters and the sistine chapel. A lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time and she did a nice job guiding us.
