ツアーは限られています。理由の如何を問わず、土壇場での予約のキャンセルや変更はできません。 チケットの払い戻しは、美術館が行うことはできません。 イベント日から24時間以内のキャンセル、または不参加の場合、100%のキャンセル料が発生します。
参加者は、3時間ほどガイドに従って行動する準備をしてください。 ヴェルサイユ宮殿はかなり混み合うことがあり、予定された訪問時間を守らなければならない。 ガイドによる個別対応はできませんのでご了承ください。 歩行困難や健康上の問題など、不安な点がございましたら、皆様に楽しんでいただくために、本ツアーへの参加を再考されることをお勧めします。
ベルサイユは非常に広く、建物内と庭園全体に多数の階段と凹凸のある石畳が含まれているため、障害者、特に長距離の歩行や階段の登りが困難な方にはお勧めできません。
当社の車両は、障害者の乗客に適していません、我々は同様に車椅子を輸送する能力を持っていません。

5.00Such a lovely tour! Pick up was so seamless. They couldn’t directly pick up from our hotel but shortly after booking they confirmed a pick up location an easy 9 minute walk away. The tour itself was wonderful, our guide was lovely and knowledgeable about all things Versailles. The 1.5 hours in the palace is plenty of time, and after the quick 30 minute walk with the guide at the start of the gardens, we had 1.5 hours to just explore the gardens on our own. It was so beautiful. The gardens were a highlight. We got picked up and dropped off back at our starting point by 3pm - giving us more time to explore more of Paris. Would definitely recommend doing this tour as it allows you to see the wonder of Versailles as seamlessly as possible.

5.00Be on time and wear comfortable shoes plus carry water . It would have been good to have a landmark plus an address . For non parisians, the address is difficult to find . The tour director was at Versailles was excellent . She was knowledgeable and patient . Overall it was a wonderful experience considering the 100 degree weather.

5.00Nafi was a wonderful guide who knew so much about the history of Versailles. She negotiated with staff to get us into the facility quickly, which was important on a blistering hot day. One of our group fell ill and she quickly handled the situation making the person feel comfortable and not embarrassed. She knew French history as well as Versailles history. She guided us through the rooms of the museum flawlessly. Great tour!

2.00Although the palace and garden were beautiful, our tour was rushed. Naomi, our tour guide, did not allow for time to take pictures or explore. There was a retired couple who needed to take a break and she only allowed them five minutes and encouraged them to “power through.” We felt as if she had something else to do immediately afterwards and we were not a priority. While we are not looking for a refund, we felt it important to share the experience for future customers. Since we arrived in France, we have taken five tours and this one is the only one that did not meet our expectations.
