  We have a Victoria BC city morning tour with Melanie in Dec 2025. All of us were very impressed with the tour. Following feedback are received: 1. The car was very comfortable for 5 passengers. 2. She responded promptly to all our queries. 3 She was flexible with the itinerary and provided helpful recommendations. 4. She was very informative and friendly throughout the tour. 5. She even helped us book a seafood restaurant for lunch. Lastly, we accidentally left an iPhone charging cable converter in her car, and she kindly mailed it back to us.

  We booked an all day private tour of Victoria BC for four people. Melanie was in communication with me several times in the time leading up to our tour. She advised us the best way to get from Vancouver to the island and gave us a few different options. She designed the tour based on our preferences and showed up on time in a clean van and provided water. She was very informative and friendly and it was so great having a personalized tour just for us. Her pricing was very fair for everything she provided on this tour. Highly recommend!

  Everything her website said was true. Saw everything on our list and them some. Was waiting right where we get off the boat. About a ten minute walk off pier from ship. She had a nice big sign with our name on it, so she was easy to find. Beautiful city would highly check it out like we did. Got some wounderful pictures.

  Melanie was fabulous! She showed us so many places we would not have seen on our own. She shared fun stories and history of the area. We took several walking tours of places and lots of pictures! Loved it!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Victoria BC What a beautiful city. This was a great way to take in some of the highlights Our guide was very knowledgeable. What a fun way to see the city! Highly recommend!

  Melanie was delightful! She picked us up right outside the cruise terminal (Ogden Point Pier) building. Her mini-van is clean and comfortable for up to six passengers. We had a relaxed time, stopping off at Fisherman's Wharf then the Inner Harbor just outside the Empress Hotel. We drove through Chinatown and then through Beacon Hill Park. Peacocks roam freely there - so feeding a peacock was quite a treat! Our last stop was Craigdarroch Castle, though it was not open when we got there. She pointed out loads of things throughout the tour over two hours. She dropped us off right back at the trip. With a small and private group, you can easily choose to stop and linger or skip through different places. For an easy-going way to see the highlights, I recommend this tour.

  My wife and I can heartily recommend touring with Galavant Private Tours. Melanie is charming and knowledgeable, and it was a true joy to spend 5 hours with her. A Victoria native, she was able and willing to customize our tour to make it perfect for us. As one small example, she substituted a visit to a lovely winery rather than exploring a neighborhood with which we were already somewhat familiar. While she was totally professional and we got the information and history we would have received from a group tour, it felt more like we were being introduced to the favorite places of a new good friend. And we saw many fun or neat places that we’d never have found in a big group session.
