  On the bus now. Its 30c+ and hardly any air-conditioning. Upstairs was like a sauna so had to resort to doing the trip downstairs which had warm air flowing. So hot, bothered and unable to take nice photos. Wouldn't use these guys again !

  It is an excellent way to get to know a city. In Vienna, it works particularly well, as there is not much traffic and the buses arrive on schedule. You can take a general look and then get off at the points of interest. There is translation into several languages, which allows you to learn interesting stories while you travel.

  Highly recommend this bus tour of Vienna, the staff were very informative, no big waiting time between buses , excellent value, audio commentary very good ..highlight was the green route up into the hills overlooking the city ....deserved a 5 star🌟 well done...

  This was excellent value online and was easy to activate the ticket when in Vienna. Tons of buses and 4 line options - l did 3 (red, yellow and blue - the green was up in to the hills and l would have done this had l had more time). The buses covered all of the attractions and the historic info whilst on the bus was varied and really gave a good insight into the country. I did the 48 hour ticket but would definitely recommend this for your initial visit in Vienna. Staff at all stops were always helpful and pointed me in the right direction although the maps provided were excellent.

  Mostly waiting at the stop. Bad aggressive driver. Comment Technology and content insufficient. Too bad!!! Bus completely crowded

  Where to start with this experience? First off we had to trek miles to the one office that could redeem our Viator voucher for the actual bus passes. Then it turned out there were stops closed and subsequently moved to different locations. Then there were the unscheduled breaks that the buses took at certain times, leaving us to stand in the cold and wind for an hour waiting for the next bus, then there were the absolutely useless and unhelpful staff that we occasionally encountered, and the always unfriendly bus drivers. So, yeah, really not a good experience. Stick with local transportation options (U-Bahn, Trams). You'll see more and probably have a much better experience than we did.

  Let the tour give you the chance to see all the corners you need to visit! Be the red, blue and yellow line to Shönbrunn! Nice rides! I really enjoyed it

  Would highly recommend this tour. The audio was very clear. The bus was clean and top deck was covered in so we were cosy for the duration.

  What you can see on yelow line bus? Nothing, just waist your time at all! You can’t get any other bus no red no blue. The worst time on this line
