市庁舎前のコルソ・ロレンツォ・ファッツィーニ（Corso Lorenzo Fazzini）からガイド付きツアーをスタートし、白塗りの家が立ち並ぶ狭い路地を散策し、アドリア海を眺めましょう。
最初に訪れるのは、マックス・ガゼーの楽曲「ピッツォムンノとクリスタルダの伝説」の歌詞がステップに刻まれた「愛の階段 」 （ スカリナータ・デッラモーレ ） 。 一緒に歩くカップルは永遠に結ばれ続けるとされ、ビエステには「愛の都」というニックネームが付けられている。
次に、歴史的な中心部にある11世紀の宝石、石造りのファサード、ロマネスク様式のアーチ、大理石の祭壇、天井のフレスコ画が印象的な聖マリア・アスンタ大聖堂を訪れます。
海を見下ろすスヴェヴォ・アラゴネーゼ城まで進み、城壁に沿って散策するとパノラマビューを楽しめます。
その後、地元の伝説と結びついた高さ 25 m のランドマーク、ピッツォムンノのモノリスを訪れます。
ツアーは、アドリア海とビエステの崖の最終的なパノラマビューを提供する木製の釣り台、プンタ・サン・フランチェスコのトラブッコで終了します。

5.00Our tour guide Angela was a delight. She knew a LOT about to town and its history. I came to Vieste because it was where my grandfather was born and she even helped me ask some folks about the extended family still in the area. She provided a great tour!

3.00Angela was very nice and pleasant to spend the morning with walking around the old city. She had some interesting insights on the history of Vieste. However, her command of English was rudimentary so it was difficult to understand and communicate with her. While she is very nice, and did her best, I don’t think she should advertise giving tours in English. If I didn’t have an understanding of some very basic Italian, I wouldn’t have understood a lot of what she was trying to communicate.

4.00We stayed in this city on Saturday, October 22 with a group of friends on motorcycles. I had been to this city in 1979 and found it fully valued. Beautiful cathedral and castle. Beautiful alleys and streets that characterize the ancient part of the city as well as the beach of Pizzomunno. We will definitely be back, worth it.
