5.00Let me first start off by saying Julian is not only professional, but he's also kind, considerate, and extremely patient! There were nine people in my group, and it was our first time going to YS Falls, so there were many questions and requests. Julian was wonderful throughout the entire process, even answering some of the same questions multiple times with a smile! I prepared him in advance that we were all senior citizens, and he made a special playlist for us!!! The music was appropriate for everyone to enjoy!!! WOW!!! My ask is that you reach out directly to Julian as his business is Jamaican owned and operated! Life's better when you give back!!!

5.00Julian was our guide. He was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was able to work out getting my 86 year old mom up to the top of the falls to do a zip line. She was so excited, and I was too! He helped us make happy memories! Wonderful time!
