  Absolutely fabulous. This was one of the highlights of our holiday, and it went so smoothly. We were picked up from our hotel exactly on time by our very nice driver called Nova. We were taken directly to the registration office to check tickets and get our kit. We had a locker for our stuff, and had a quick van ride to the starting point. A lot of big steps to climb down but it was fascinating seeing the jungle this way. Our guide Abby was amazing, he made it very safe and lots of fun. The scenery along the river is breathtaking and beautiful. It is literally the ‘Jungle Book’ in real life. All the staff in this company were so polite and attentive . We had a nice break about half way, and stopped for photos and video at a spectacular jungle waterfall (standing right under it !). We will definitely be doing this again next time we come to Bali !!

  Spectacular. The white water rafting was bumpy and adventurous. Amazing waterfall with pressure strong enough to bury your feet but is very fun! Only two things i wish I knew is 1. You will spend 15 dollars on a waterproof case if you bring your phone. However, unknown to us, there is a waterproof bag brought with them. You can leave it in. Ideally, I would have brought a zip lock bag or cheaper case elsewhere beforehand as the quality wasn't amazing anyway. 2. Bring a change of clothes and sunscreen!

  Brilliant experience all round. Great friendly driver with prompt pick up and collection . Rafting was amazing with great guide. Bonus of lunch to finish!!

  I really enjoyed this experience, the rafting was well organised, very safe and fun! And what a great time being driven by Johny, such a gentleman with excellent local knowledge and information, a true credit to Bali tourism industry 😀.

  Nova was amazing driver, on the way to rafting he showed me all different part of Balinese culture. Lovely experience! Water rafting was unreal, you don’t have to paddle too much, river was refreshing and the guide was so much fun. The views unreal 😍 the lunch soo sooo good probably best I’ve had so far here(2 weeks in) highly recommended!

  The hotel transfer made this trip possible fo me. Agung was an excellent driver. He was on time, polite, and very communicative. His fun personality made the 1.5–2 hour ride to the rafting site fly by. The whitewater rafting itself was a true adventure! The guide was wonderful, and the whole experience was definitely a highlight of my trip. However- to get down to raft, had to go down steep steps (many many of them). I had ankle surgery, still not 100% and found it difficult.
