  We didn’t realize it was over an hour away, so the older kids weren’t thrilled with the long bus ride. We arrived around 9:30 AM and had to choose between a 3:50 PM or 9:40 PM return. Since the late return meant getting back around midnight (according to the guide), we chose 3:50 PM, which didn’t leave enough time to explore. This is no fault of the park at all. I should have done more research on the transportation process. Only one interactive activity was available that day when they have several others advertised—swimming with dolphins—which both boys did and loved, but it took about an hour. The lunch buffet wasn’t great (I’m not a buffet fan anyway). My youngest was excited for snorkeling, but it was closed that day. The underground river was interesting but extremely crowded, and we kept getting kicked by people swimming behind us. No fault of the park for the kicking. I am only mentioning it, so you are prepared. :) The water at the end smelled awful. Overall, I’m glad we experienced it once, but we wouldn’t go back.

  Xenote River excursion was really fun and nice cool waters to swim through. Buffet Oaxaca had good food and server Lucio was very kind and did a great job at making sure we had everything we needed during our lunch buffet.

  The park is beautiful; it is a unique experience. The only thing that I find unnecessary are the animals in captivity. It is true that it is not focused on being a zoo and there are few animals, but having a manatee in a tiny space, having dolphins, and species like pumas, etc., does not seem right to me.

  The attention from the staff is incredible, from the phone call to the park; it is a place very well thought out down to the last detail. Be the first to arrive and the last to leave because you will need more time to enjoy it. The photo package is worth every penny; I was very convinced with the photos, and there are staff in yellow who take additional photos included in the photo package, and I was very happy.   Very disappointed; the park itself has many improvements in infrastructure and good food, but beyond that. The missing animals include no butterflies, few birds, few fish, no sharks, bats, dolphins, jaguars, pumas, and others that they offer to see, and you only take long walks to see some nice facilities but nothing more. Literally, that conversation was lost, and it is not cheap. The internal river with terrible odors from the sargassum, the disastrous beaches, the aquarium water super murky, and you can't see anything. Really, until they restore everything again. It's not worth paying so much for so little.

  Overall we were able to make the best of our day but we were left disappointed by a lack of clarity, misleading marketing, and the need to continue to spend additional money to have a good experience.

  The Mexico Spectacular Show 🇲🇽🙏🏼 was divine, and Silvana from production was super attentive and very kind; we participated in the Xueños experience at the end of the show, which was beautiful 🙏🏼✨

  One of the best experiences of my life; it is a wonderful park, and the show 'Mexico Espectacular' is grand, I felt the excitement in my skin with everything that is experienced in that show, I recommend it to everyone.
