サービスご利用日の約3日前に、受け取り内容を再確認する確認メールをお送りします。 予定サービスから24時間以内の変更はできません。 ・ドライバー連絡先 集荷前24時間以内にドライバーからWhatsAppで連絡があります。 WhatsAppの番号が連絡可能になっているかご確認ください。 ・空港ピックアップ 日本便のトラッキングがデフォルトで含まれています。 ドライバーがフライトを監視し、到着後最大90分間待機します。 フライトトラッキングではなく、特定のピックアップ時間をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。 ・横浜港ピックアップ 横浜港（クルーズターミナル）ピックアップは6,000円～の追加料金がかかります。 ・都市/ホテルピックアップ ホテルまたは市内ピックアップの場合、ドライバーは予定時刻から最大20分間待機します。 車両の詳細は、ピックアップ前にWhatsApp経由で共有されます。 ・フライトの遅延について フライトの遅延や欠航の場合は、6時間前までにご連絡ください。 予告なく、当初の予約スケジュールに従います。 ・荷物 1名につき1つの標準スーツケース（約24インチ）を持ち込むことができます。 余分な荷物や特大の荷物は、追加の座席数が必要になる場合があります。 荷物が車両積載量を超える場合、安全上およびスペース上の制限により、運転手はサービスをお断りすることがあります。

5.00This was the second time we used this service and they were fantastic. They arrived early and we were able to board when we checked out of our hotel. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and we got to the airport early which was great since the security line was backed up. Will book again when we go back to Tokyo
