  We had a great time walking around Zermat with Salma! She took us up to the top of the glacier near Matterhorn and we enjoyed speaking Spanish with her as that is her native tongue. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

  Great tour of a beautiful place! Lincoln was a great tour guide. We really enjoyed the tour and all the history we learned.

  We booked directly with Tours of Switzerland because the price was cheaper directly than through Viator. I exchanged several emails, picked a tour and paid their invoice. There was no communication from them after the invoice was paid, so I assumed all was set. On the day of the tour, nobody showed up, their phone number goes to voice mail, there was no response via email. And now, almost two weeks later and two more emails, there is still no response. This totally feels like a scam. I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. We ended up going by ourselves. Save your money - just get your won ticket.

  Lincoln He was very willing to adjust to our wants as we progressed through tour. Good information about the area and interacted with all in the group. He has been one of our better guides we have had the pleasure to be with.

  The tour was highly informative from a historical point of view, not just the amazing views of the Alps. Victoria, our guide, was a savior as I surprisingly had severe altitude sickness. He knew what to do and after normalizing things, got me on my way down.

  Get ready for an unforgettable adventure with our Matterhorn Glacier Tour! This tour exceeded all expectations, offering breathtaking views and experiences beyond what we imagined. Our guide was absolutely phenomenal—incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly, making the journey even more enjoyable. We can’t recommend this tour enough—it’s a must-do experience!

  After reading a few of the reviews, I was concerned when we received emails the day of the tour that it was going to be delayed, but Michelle showed up. Delayed due to train scheduling to Zermatt. She was an excellent guide and only one other couple on the tour, so plenty of time for photos and poking around. I would definitely recommend this and the glacier portion for a tour!

  The guide canceled the time (after I arrived at the designated spot) from 12:30 to 1:50. Then after I showed up at the designated spot I couldn’t find him. Texted him he told me by the cabs. Still couldn’t find him. Asked if he had a sign or something to identify himself but he didn’t answer me. Kept texting him to no avail. I stayed there at the zermatt train station for over an hour texting and looking for him. Finally left and am asking for my money back. I was looking forward to this tour and was greatly disappointed. I have been on many tours and have never had this problem before. I appreciate your help in this matter. Thank you.
